Both can be true. ADHD is a literal difference in the brain that affects executive functioning and negatively impacts daily life. But of course the demands of life can be overwhelming at times even for neurotypical people.

So good to see you Brittany…how are you doing? All your tips were super appreciated and helpful, whether or not you have ADHD…the pad idea is one I cannot live without…even when I am doing prayers & devotion time…things pop up so the pad is super helpful to release it from your thought. Its also super helpful to have by your bed/nightstand., especially when you are tossing and turning and cannot sleep. My mind has a hard time shutting down. I am always creating something, etc. Years ago I took an organization course and one of the things that was taught early on was: Handle things/objects one time! If you pick it up - PUT IT AWAY! Love & Hugs sweet girl 💋💨

It's not supposed to miraculously cure it. It's a tool to help you. You have to learn what works for you, little tricks, etc. I hope that helps you feel better about it. Also the generics suck and aren't as effective. That's a whole other thing tho. Try supplements with your doctors consent to help boost. ❤

I'm sorry you're going through that! Neurotypical people that don't have mental illness seem to struggle being empathic because they have no frame of reference for what it's like (the closest measure is when they feel like being lazy). *hugs from across the internet* I'm sure you'll find someone that can recognize your struggles (just be careful if they also have ADHD lol, my husband & I both suffer and our house is CHAOS! 🤭fun, but *chaos*)

I feel like maybe I’m undiagnosed ADHD or something. ALL of these things resonated with me. As far as the blank paper by your desk during the workday…I keep one of those lined postit pads on my desk at all times. Helps a lot with all the random thoughts and then I can gather up all the “random thoughts” together and make a wish “to do” list to be used later in my daily to do lists. I cannot function without a list…analysis paralysis.😊

It smelled wonderful but it came out of the pump as a liquid not foamy. I did write them and complain about it. I'm not adhd or neurodivergent (at least I don't THINK I am. LOL) But I do like that planner sheet. It's simple and kind of "free form." I don't need my day/week structured to the minute or hour. Usually I just need general reminders & priorities. I'll have to look at those, and thanks for the link! Also, just purchased some Blueland products!!

I suffer so much from ADHD I never finish my cleaning, or projects around the house. Crafts. Holidays are horrible for me because I host every year . My husband and family don't understand. But it is a serious issue.
Thank you so much for sharing. I will be definitely using some of your hacks . Love the app . Is there a charge ? You may have said and I missed it .
    Love & prayers ❤️ 🙏🏻

This is very helpful coming from someone with ADHD! The focus mate example made me giggle, it’s almost like a dating service for fellow ADHD people 😂
