This question had me stumped for a moment as my usual has been to go into a freeze state when I feel like I have nothing left to give yet I am now learning that its ok to take a pause.. I then practice deep breathing and do a sensory review of what I can see, hear, smell, and feel. From there I proceed best I can with whatever task is at hand.
@@teowallace I’ve been going with the mindset of running everyday my legs feel ok. Just adjust pace accordingly. I was a 4 day runner prior. I’ve already been seeing improvements.

Yeah running everyday is a whole different ballgame. It’s a different level of mental strength. I’m on that for the rest of my marathon training block
