If you were to drink this concentrated urine, the body would have to excrete the salts again. This is an added burden as more fluid is needed for detoxification. The last season the women had a few weak links that hindered their progress. On the the other end in this season the men got stuck with the weak link that needed consoling. It's really hard to tell who will be a help or a hindrance until they get there. I look forward to seeing who thrives and embraces the situation.

Id say most people would freak out, but Id only give it about 5 to 10 minutes while I get my barrings. After that its time to nut up and move. Moving and being actively engaged in your current environment is the best thing you can do in that situation.

Look around from the boat before going ashore. It is small island less than 10km around along the shore. Get the food and water going and map the whole island.
Just arrived at the island, still with Bears words "beach will be gone when tide comes in" ringing in their ears...... and there's already bickering and discussion and drama.
It's all staged. I didn't believe that one either. I was actually rather hoping that this series would be legit, but there's so much "Come on!" times when there's no way you can believe events.
Of course they let the camera women jump in first, otherwise who is going to film the others arriving from the shore. It's not like they all jumped in at the same time and then she outswam most of them(remember there was already someone at the beach filming her arrival).
He may have gotten the fire started but Riz cost them a whole day to start. They would have had time to get a shelter going before the weather moved in.

They still were setting the women up for success at the beginning. The dropped them off first, giving them more time to set up. And they dropped them off at the northern end, which according to Bear, was the most livable location on the island.

It's all a matter of what you're looking at really. Are they drinking from stagnant sea water ? Losing one's temper, that's gonna happen, you can still survive with that. It's all a matter of what you're looking at really. Are they drinking from stagnant sea water ? Losing one's temper, that's gonna happen, you can still survive with that. But drinking water that makes you sick, and insisting that if you're feeling sick it's because you haven't drank enough… that's gonna end it alright.

The island seriously needs an expedition of cleansing plastic waste! It's terrifying how much has accumulated there. Bottles, strings, nets, shards, bags, tiles of broken boxes - how is it possible to feel good in such an environment?
I don't understand if they have fire. They could have made a filtration system and filter that water then boil it.😢
You can filter & boil/kill bacteria etc. but there are many toxins which cannot be simply filtered and which don't break down at 100C. I'm very surprised the doctor Alice didn't immediately realise the "eggy" water had made several of the women sick!
