Quick revision, around the 1:40 mark I accidentally said, "as developed as Sey produces" and that should actually be referencing Onyx. Sey still roasts notably lighter than this coffee

Wilmer Moncayo - Gesha Lot 7 highly recommend from black and white, its so peachy and floral and yeah first exp with them so pleased, not funky at all, so far. at day 4 from roast date so maybe thats got something to do with it. dipped in early just to try and well worth it, ordered the panama as well but havent tried it yet

Thanks for the tip on this one but we won't be ordering coffee for a bit (it will be fully explained why in our August recap video). If the coffee is around long enough, we'll either revisit it or put it in the next Coffee of the Month poll that we do 👍
