All the candidates apart from Ruto `are asking is that the ballot papers be present at the polling station as secondary option as stipulated in the CoK 2010. Without being biased and objectively speaking: Ruto's manifestos make some sense and are real, feasible and achievable. For Raila, they are good but simply unachievable and unrealistic. Well, Ruto has been stealing an equivalent of 6k per person per month for 2m pple living below the poverty line for the last 10 years, a total of 1.4 billion. In addition, he's stolen enough to pay all the fees for all students admitted to public universities. Let me break it down for you in numbers; rutos kamwerer graft was 20 billion, military gun scandal 40 billion, maize scandal-ncpb 300 million, hustlers jet 800 million, land grabbed worth 900 billion, Weston hotel 100 billion, Kenya meat commission scandal 900 million, Kenya pipeline land scandal 1 billion & the list goes on n on n on. A total of 1.63 trillion in the last 10 yrs was stollen by the sugoi thug.
Why is 6k welfare program a scam? The numbers make sense.. we loose on the upwards of 800Billion annually on corruption.. 6k program needs about 144Billion annually.. where's the scam on that? That's feasible enough to me. On the other hand without being biased myself also.. ruto has not outlined where he intends to get the billions he intends to pump into the budget unless he raises taxes? Just being objective really...
