    In my interview they asked me, If you did a major mistake in the ward how will you behave? And what is the causes of this mistake?

      Thanks it seems they wanted you to generate a list of possible common causes of mistakes. Training and communication errors would be high on the list.

    If that conflict example was when I had conflict while doing a managerial/ administrative work involved, like managing a duty roster for the department and how I resolved it - can I use it for interview, thank you.

      Yes. Examples where you were not central to the conflict but helped resolve conflict for others are great to give.
