Dummy file found in Audio folder in GTA 3 PAL v1.40 PS2

It turns out the dummy file is actually Head Radio.
However, I am not sure what happens if the file is removed. I just keep it in the game ISO.

It's a file with the name 'dummy'. Thanks to a friend who pointed out that he found the file inside the Audio folder in the GTA 3 PAL v1.40 iso
