You bought the travel size which is for one nail at a time. Le Mini Macaron have kits that fit the whole hand. The box you bought has a wall socket-connector inside to connect the usb cable. If it didn't had it, you've had bad luck with your box. I have bought 3 small kits and a large one and they all have a wall socket in addition to the usb cable.
