About the pedicure thing, if you turn the top of the lamp 180 degrees it will kind of click into place so you dont have to hold it :))

2 questions... I didn't try yet this kind of nail polish. Can you apply it on your own natural nails? I always keep my nail polishes in the fridge, is it possible to do it with this kind of nail polish?
How long does the gel polish last?
If you prep your nails correctly the polish lasts for about 7-10 days is my experience ☺️
