Orioles Trading For Tristan Mckenzie i wouldn’t be mad he cool asf Had a conversation with him before a game at the yard we were talking about MLB the show Coolest most down to earth dudes in the league💯
A lot of people said similar things about Victor Robles for years. Many thought he was gonna be as good as Juan Soto when they were both in the Nats farm system. Well after 5-6 years of waiting, Nats finally pulled the plug and DFA'd him this season. If he needs to be included in a deal to get more pitching right now then so be it.
Robles was a way different circumstance as well. I was teammates with both in Nats org. Robles was claimed to be better than Soto originally (and that changed quickly). But you are right you never know what can happen. A lot of decisions will be made for sure in the future. Appreciate the conversation.
Not every major leaguer reached the show in two years. Some took four to six years of minor league development. And hitting .268 with a .347 OBP and 41 steals in 58 games is nothing to scoff at.

He’s a great guy and talented. He’s having some struggles now. But If he can be fully right and healthy, I think his best years are yet to come.

I heard Bradfield mentioned with Kenny Lofton and Willie Mcgee, I sure hope so.
Enrique Bradfield reminds me of a young Kenny Lofton
Holiday has the legs for CF too
In my mind, the comp is Jorge Mateo. Bradfield will be elite in CF and on the bases.
His .359 SLG at Single-A is concerning. I don't see any power from him this season at all.
The problem is you can't steal first base. He's hitting .268 in High A, has a looooong way to go.'
I've had Billy Hamilton vibes since we drafted him.
He has good vision for the ball
