The "They blow away like smoke" line transitioning into Clara's death was so chilling, I had never noticed this parallel before, and it's just one example of your great way to combine lines and scenes, sometimes how the show intends it and sometimes how you see it, I am once again blown away by your skillful eyes for these connections and needed to say it once, thank you for continuing to make such heartfelt videos in spite of everything, you have my utmost admiration and I am grateful for all the enjoyment you bring!

To be fair, he is the only one that outlives everyone. He is the one left behind. Just like everyone in existence, learning to love a reality he did not create.
I am thankful, more than you know, that you did not end the video with the message of "The Doctor doesn't care", because so many people get lost in the fact that there are repercussions from his actions and fail to see the position he is in or the good that he does (at least, some characters frustratingly do). I'm also exceedingly thankful that you kept the Chibnall Era clips to a minimum, seeing as the rest of New Who has much higher quality and quantity of impactful scenes, quotes, and exchanges. All in all, thank you for your work and once again, it was brilliant!

This is literally soo beautiful! It made me cry because it reminded me of the losses that the doctor has suffered and the painful experiences he has to go through because he is a time lord. He doesn't die, he regenerates. Everybody else dies though. The people he cares about leave because they should or they have to. In the end, they break his hearts. 😢💔❤️

I love Ashildir. She was such a cool character, a cautionary tale of what happens when one lives too long. How much suffering she endured, how cold she became. I loved how she grew and changed from Ashildir to Me.
This was excellent, great job. I liked how it started off hopeful. Ashildir really sits hard, especially at 5:50, the title drop and Amy at 6:00
I admit I'm having trouble recalling the three scenes at 8:12 and 8:13 8:14

I am on a Dr Who marathon. Dr's 9-12. gearing up for the 14th...It's just... I can't stop crying - especially watching videos like this. You have done an amazing job. I wish I had two hearts, perhaps then I wouldn't feel the loss of the one that you ripped out...
I've been doing something similar. Rewatched all of 10, just finished 11. Wasn't able to see 12 when they came out so starting on new territory there. These edits really help me get a feel for 12. Just saw the Wild Blue Yonder episode with 14.

Random question but what software do you use to remove the background music? The clip where 9 is talking to Rose about clinging to the Earth sounds so good and clear and I know that had quite a significant amount of music behind it originally.

@@MargaritaLife fr a 10 minute video done presumably very quickly. Takes me a couple weeks to do 3 minutes. I clearly have much less intricate knowledge of the show (and I’m obsessed with it). No idea how you can find perfect scenes from memory of every show you make edits of.
