Why is it that a Senator knows how much the study cost, but the director of the project doesn't know how much it cost? It's because she she knows it was a total waste of money and she doesn't want to admit it. And how is she not held accountable for the delays in approvals when the law says 60 days and in 3.5 years they still haven't been addressed? She should be removed and jailed immediately.
