I believe it does have improved pen angles and USSR fuses, so faster than standard but not quite British short fuse. If im wrong, the improved air drag characteristics feel really really good and make a big difference.
2:44 Not fully a Kuto copy/past from what I've been able to find is that Pozharsky has a slightly different stern, radar mast added immediately aft of the rear gun director, and a chunk of the conning tower was removed from above the bridge
Have you experienced the French ship too? I think I saw another opinion about the T5 being the better one this time. Could you elaborate why this one is better than the T5? I'm a fairly new player but I think T7 is overall better for getting more silver, so therefor I am leaning to this one. Edit: saw you have a vid out for the French one too, so that's an answer to my first question :). Going to check that one out too now.
Ya know who seems better than Andrew, azure lane chapayev. I don't run her on anything else except for the chapayev, but on this ship, I was killing it, 100k+ per game. And I love knocking modules out 😂😂 maybe it's just my play style but it worked really well for me.
That camo you showed at the beginning looked cool as hell with yellow and black. don't think the ap is as good as Plymouth or Hampshire but it's still a decent ship. Anything Russian is fun. It's great for hitting dds and cruisers but with bbs u gotta aim for super structure so u don't get shatters alot. I think Hampshire ap spoiled me lol
Andrew the lip on Plymouth as an inspiration is disgusting.....try it out with von essen. Add on the leg mod for reload and a plus damage for each kill.......its nasty
There is a lot of money traps for newer players that the gxp thing is one of the worst. I am sorry if they got you on that, but in the future, stay away from that.

Yeah, Derka noted it has slightly improved angles (better than Standard ships but less than Brit Light Cruisers typically get)

Its more cost effective to take advantage of the XP conversion deal and purchase the Kutuzov.
Cost effective? You get this for free as long as you have admiral backing, which is $10.
cost effective would be grinding the gxp .. gxp conversion is a scam no matter what
