Disagree with your take on shotguns vs rifles. Shotguns are absolutely meta, typically more powerful overall than most rifles. With that said, most shotguns also do not need Primed Ammo Stock. Very few might consider it (Hek, Tigris, Exergis, etc. AFTER slotting a Riven that replaces at least 2 other mods).
