Excellent review, Brian, and very timely for me. Definitely my kind of car.

Presentation is very well done, thorough, well organized. One question I've always has about PHV vehicles is do any of them provide full charging of the battery while driving. That would reduce overall power to the wheels while charging but might be economical in the long run. I glean from Brian's description that this Prius does not provide that capability..

Thanks for watching! I don’t believe any PHEV vehicles can fully replenish the battery without plugging in 🙂👍

Great review as always Brian but I noticed the quality of video was only 360p? Anyhow was always lovely to watch your informative videos. Keep it up 👍👌

Thanks for watching Miles !! I think it takes a few hours to process so the quality will have improved in a few hours ! It starts out at 360 but after a couple of hours it moves up to 1080 💪🙂

Nice car the Prius, the Gen 4 has a particular bigger front cabin than the Gen 3 Prius, I was also shocked with leg room too with the Gen 3 Prius and this Prius too. There’s not many of these ones actually sold by Toyota anymore, primarily the Corolla Hybrid is the successor of it really now

Spot on .. the Corolla and CHR dominates now alright … but yes the room in the bsck is massive 🙂

I'm a little late to this excellent video. I'm considering this car but have some questions:
    1. Is the lack of rear wiper an issue? (I'm from Ireland where rain is frequent).
    2. No spare wheel space. Is the tyre repair kit really useful?
    3. How is the ground clearance on this car?
I appreciate it was probably sold from the dealership a long time ago but any advice would be welcome. Thank you!

Rear wiper is always a problem, but that’s just the way they seem to do them.. I wouldn’t let it put me off
Spare wheel or lack off is very common on modern vehicles, puncture repair kit is okay, but imperfect , but most hybrid and electric vehicles will have the same set up
Ground clearance .. it is a medium hatchback car, so if you need good ground clearance, you probably need something higher !
      Thanks for watching
