Sometimes when a Connie's cargo bay opens, the containers stay up in the ship. Always look out for that. ALSO, sometimes the scanner doesn't reveal everything, especially drugs. It's always best to get out, open all the doors you can and make sure. You could have left a lot of loot on that first run. EDIT: Ok, well I just needed to keep watching to see that you see the thing about the containers in the Connie as well.
I just went through this BS this weekend. Same exact problem. I assumed I could just deliver the cargo to the cargo elevator, but then realized it wasn't showing up in local. Someone mentioned the workaround was putting it on my ship. So I did that and then went to sell it and then said I needed to move it to the cargo pad. So I moved it from the ship to the cargo elevator, but apparently what it had meant was I needed to store my ship with the cargo inside. I don't know. I did about 10 different things and will still having problems so I just said forget it.
this is what really made me love this game back in the day, this gameplay loop used so much of what's available in star citizen: combat, mission rep, bounty hunters if using vaughn missions, cargo, the ships you can buy with the insane amounts of profit, traveling all around the system, and the added threat of piracy if selling at scrapyards. however their recent decisions killed my love of the game. they absolutely needed to buff tractor beams but instead they added another problem by not being able to grab >16scu cargo, and that's such a vibe killer. the unbalanced master modes made it impossible for me to do ERTs in my C2. they added a problem by nerfing tractor beams, and then tried to sell a solution. pyro better be amazing because this sentiment is getting more and more common among their fanbase and their profit numbers are hurting, deservingly so
Wile i to am not the biggest fan of master mode i wuld still argue that the c2 shuld not easaly be able to do ERT. It is a transport ship not a combat ship. In fact when you meet ships liket the hamer head most ships in the game suld have a hard time exept for maby the retaliator and eclips due to torpedos. I dont beelive ERT's was ever designed to be done solo but rather in either multicrew ship whit extra gunners or multiple ships or both. In my experience the bigest bump in dificulty in bountis isnt even master modes but the fact that the ai actualy fight back and works mutch smother now compared to most patches.
I did an number of erts the other day. The first one at yela had a hammerhead with 7 scu of the green goods, another mission gave me two more. Aside from that I was able to find bit of quant and this altruatoxin here and there. Nothing to write home about though. Just make sure to look into the cargo bays and don't trust the scanner. It's a fine income for doing something fun, but in all honesty - just grind vaughn. It's not too hard as long as you focus on the mission target and leave afterwards for the next mission. The comm array at yela seems to be offline half of the time anyways.
Instead of scanning simply showing us a list of what is on board, we should be able to directly see through armor to what is on board and exactly where it is.
This is the only way you can sell at your home location TDD from my experience. Cargo in your warehouse doesn’t show up at TDD and doing the sell order thing causes that Unclaimed Cargo bug. Oh, and you can get rid of the bug by selling more cargo at that location though it pops back up if you store your ship. Quite a pain. I did want to test it to see if I came back with new but identical cargo and sold exactly what the sell order was for (or was missing from the sell order). But not at the expense of having that pop up for another patch

Scanning is somethings that defiantly needs some work. It annoys me sometimes 😅 if it could just scan the first time sometimes
This and Vaughn missions are by far my favorite game loop! Thanks for the video!

Been a backer since the game was announced in 2012 and been playing off and on since first alpha. I didn't even realize you could do this. LOL.

You can pick up 32 SCU with current mag rifle. Why mad bro?

Illegal is just way better and I don't disagree with it because you do get a bounty so it should be more worth it
good video, keep it up!
Thank you :)
Hadn't logged on in a while and did a few ERT bounties on the Corsair. I found 24 scu of weevil eggs worth about 2.5 mil

How do you mark ships!??? I didn't know this was a thing!

Why don't you store your ship with the cargo on it? That way you can auto-unload it from the TDD terminal.
Auto-unload cost money
@@TheCoreGameplay True, but not a lot. Though you would have more math to do for final totals lol.
