The Siachen Base Camp in Leh Ladakh has been on the bucket list of all adventure enthusiasts. It is the Base Camp of the Indian Army in the Siachen Glacier region within Indian Territory. The Siachen glacier is a glacier snuggled in the eastern Karakoram Range in the Himalayas, just northeast where the line of control between India and Pakistan ends. It is the longest glacier in the Karakoram and the second lengthiest in the world’s non-polar areas.
The Indian Army 🇮🇳 has established the world's first mobile tower and base transceiver station (BTS) on the Siachen Glacier, the highest battlefield on Earth.
