I have some notes, most of which are about the lack of changes, but I do like this video.
I like the work your putting into it. Also. I can see Raditz switching sides as Raditz self preservation would side with kakarot and kal-el. And vegeta disregarding Raditz would definitely have Raditz lose loyalty to vegeta

I don't mean to contradict you but, shouldn't Kal-El's space ship speak Kryptonian? That would mean Grandpa Gohan wouldn't know what the ship was talking about.
Kal isn't like Goku. Kal doesn't need to train to get stronger. His powers automatically grows with exposer to the yellow sun light. In the Superman story, Kal's training is the opposite of Goku. Instead of training to get stronger, Kal trains to stay weak because everything around him feels like cardboard and he has to learn how to not destroy things just by touching it.
If I remember correctly, Raditz come to Earth on his own accord. Vegeta didn't order him. Raditz thought Goku would be a good addition to their team and came to recruit Goku. When Raditz died, Vegeta and Nappa didn't really seem to care much, like they didn't send him there, he went on his own and his death is his own fault. They were intrigue by the Dragonball and came to Earth for it.
Because Gohan didn't show his powers in your story, Vegeta and Nappa didn't talk about the Super Saiyan and the hybrid's potentials of being the Super Saiyan. Yeah, they actually said that. Most people either didn't know about it or forgot about it. Super Saiyan didn't start on Namek. It started after Raditz's death.
Because Gohan didn't show his powers in your story, Piccolo doesn't kidnap Gohan to go train him.
Because Gohan didn't show his powers, he didn't train and remain weak.
But this is your story, so write Gohan however you want it.
For Goku to be powerful enough to defeat Nappa, he needs to train under 10x gravity. 10x gravity is what helped him reach over 6000-7000.
For Goku to beat Vegeta, he needs to learn the Genki Dama. But then again, the Genki Dama wasn't enough either. It was Great Ape Gohan.
There is an issue with Kal here. His powers isn't like everyone else. He doesn't get stronger by training. He gets stronger by soaking up the yellow sun. If he understands his powers, he can just sun dip and beat everyone up.
Raditz?... I feel Raditz will most likely stay with Vegeta side. Unless something can happen to make Raditz change his mind. Like if Goku and Superman gets a major power up to the point Raditz is completely at awe at. Like if Goku became a Super Saiyan. That would get Raditz to side with Goku instead of Vegeta. But then, that would still not be enough to beat Frieza. Goku needed to die to learn about the gravity training in which it gave Goku the idea to train in 100x gravity. Even that training wasn't enough. He needed that Zenkai Boost from getting beaten up by Ginyu. Well, actually, it was Vegeta beating up Ginyu in Goku's body if I remember correctly. Goku needed the Zenkai from that after training under 100x gravity and then Super Saiyan to beat Frieza. So I feel like Raditz will still side with Vegeta. But it's your story so you write it however you want.
I second a lot of this. The guy making this video really needs to understand the four classical virtues and the emphasis Goku and Superman's characters place on them, courage and temperance respectively. Or in other words, Goku's devil may-care never give up attitude versus Clark's calm, stoic self-control/knowing when to letup attitude.

I kept Supermans power “low” on purpose and as far as grandpa gohan understanding kryptonian you could interpret however you want. wether all he heard was kal el or if jor el programmed it for english dealers choice 😂

I think you should have had Superman's origin be basically the same as what he's known, with a twist
Found as a baby by a farming family, he grew up trying to be a normal kid, with his new parents wanting him to not use his powers etc
Him and Goku first have reason to meet when King Piccolo tries taking over the world, as this was a broadcast terror. At that point Superman would want to intervene and probably get the blessing of his parents to do so
But the problem is, Superman wrecks anyone in the world at this point

i wanted to make it fun and have slow ramp up of his powers and also have Superman do what he always does which is hold back A LOT. To the point where he doesnt know how strong he really is. We get into his real power in episode 3 and 4. It gets NUTS😂
