Pure blooded kryptonians like Clark Kent still don't get their powers from a yellow sun until at least their teens. Pure blooded vultramites are stacked at birth. Pure-Blooded saiyans are probably just as delicate as humans at birth. But they have the ability to increase their strength at a very young age. Look at kid Goku when he was in a single digits. And some pure-blooded saiyans are already powerful at birth such as Vegeta or Broly. I don't know enough about young asgardians. At what age can the hybrids start acquiring super abilities? Kryptonian human hybrids seem to have the same delay as full-blooded kryptonians. Saiyan human hybrids Do not seem to be negatively affected. And I think the other big component here is how they recover. Once critically injured, kryptonians and saiyans are probably the weakest. Superman has died from being impaled by Doomsday. Vegeta has died from similar things like frieza's death Ray. Viltramites take this win by a mile. Not only can they recover from serious injuries. We're talking being impaled, having a limbs torn off, having their face crushed in, having their guts ripped out, But they can keep on fighting with these injuries. And when they do recover, they make a full recovery, they make it quickly, And they come back with their own sort of zenkai boost much stronger than they were before. And because their strengths and durability are passive, meaning they don't have to exert ki to do it, It's superior to the sayings. To show how effective this is, In about 2 years. Mark was able to outclass his dad who was one of the strongest members of his race. I think it's safe to say that kryptonians, once they get their powers, are pretty op to begin with. But, borrowing the more childish interpretations of Superman, kryptonians do seem to have a static power set

I love where this what if is going but do you think that goku and vegeta would keep trying to see where there saiyan power and heritage can take them. Because I would love to see goku and vegeta get there tails back and try to dive into learning and achieving all they can as saiyans with gokus mind changing about saiyans in general because of krillin, tien, and Yamcha. The only reason why I say that is because I think that he would want to see how far his saiyan heritage will go in terms of power. I personally think that him and vegeta could and should be able to attain and master super saiyan 4 and want to utilize that form with other techniques and forms down the line but I also think that since goku will have a different mindset about saiyans that he would want to bring raditz back which would get vegeta to think of his own brother. So I think raditz and tarble will be brought back and to earth and become a duo and bonding as rivals because they were both looked down upon as “saiyan weaklings” known as low class but I think they would love the idea of people considered to be low class getting immensely powerful. I would also love to see raditz get with tights bulmas sister and tarble get with someone like suno from the village goku saved as a kid. With krillin getting with 18 as usual and tien getting with launch or Yurin from dragon ball super. I also think that when they meet beerus instead of goku being in his base form to receive super saiyan god he should be in his super saiyan 4 form creating something far better than super saiyan 4 limit breaker, with the form being super saiyan 4 god goku which look pretty much like super saiyan 4 but with red hair just like the fur and the super saiyan god aura. I think that there are many things you can do with this story to personalize it like making a story in this one of the wives of the saiyans mad at the way that the saiyans act in general because of them wanting to train and eat rather than them spending time with them. Which could bring a pretty good arc in with the saiyans wives not including 18 because of her being an android, like for instance they would want to know why their husbands are the way they are and what it feels to be them, with the wives all getting together and wishing to be a saiyan without their husbands knowing just so that they can feel what it feels to be like them. With the wives finally understanding as well as liking beings saiyans in general because of them wanting to train more to be closer to their husbands with bulma still focusing on technological advancement as well as training but also studying the biology of saiyans as well.
