I appreciate it when Goemon is driving something. He's old-fashioned and not always good with tech, but he's not hopelessly out of touch. These characters are always more fascinating when they're more than what they seem.
One thing that I liked about Jigen in Part 2 (that they unfortunately deemphasized in later installments) is showing him as surprisingly erudite, including a love for fine wine, classical music, opera, and demonstrating a knowledge of history that even rivaled Lupin's.
I like to believe Goemon was given a console as a gift and is all too cracked at it. He and Jigen playing smash in the back of the car and bickering about how unfair those combos were
It's hilarious to see the difference between Zenigata and Yata in front of the gang's shenanigans. One is absolutely used to it and sometimes joins in on the madness, while the other is completely clueless 100% of the time 😂
