Nope 😂 I mean none of the boxes ever come with instructions, none of the special sets come with playmats or tokens or dice and although I haven't checked Kayou's official website in a while, I'm pretty sure there were no rules or instructions on there either. Best thing I can come up with is random decks, Att vs Def, highest wins but a bit boring !!

Both were on Ali Express, though I haven’t found W1T1 on there anymore, Wave 1 EX Packs were still available I think on Childs Taste Store maybe even on another store

Its actualy not filers its just usual ppl thing.Boruto anime is the full canon not the manga.Manag is only focusing on most crucail things,has alot of time skipping and doesnet sit to properly develop any cahracters exepts selected few and even then it skips alot of nessesary developments and stuff.Thats why since bggining they made it so that Anie is the FULL canon story fo Boruto while manga is just there for basiclay imatient ones and due to being monthly manga creator SKIPS HUGE amount of things thta one manag shoudl have.Even berserk that was also monthly and some otehr monthly mangas dont skip alot and dont skipp developments of their character wich Boruto manga does almost every time bcs manag isnt the full canon Anime is.
From what I understood, both were Canon with the anime like you say, fleshing out and developing characters etc… and the manga developing the main story arcs, that would eventually show and tie in with the anime. Maybe filler is an incorrect term where Boruto is concerned, maybe more original anime content. I can’t talk much about the quality as I have yet to watch it, but the consistent complaint I hear is the story isn’t moving along. Now I’ll judge for myself when I get round to watching it, but if it is similar to say the 80 eps of the original Naruto after the Sasuke Retrieval Arc concluded, then I will get disappointed and bored because after 20/30 of those eps, I was ready for the main story itself to continue. But like I said, we’ll see and I’ll make the decision for myself as I always do ☺️
Yeah but the anime canon episodes are almost all completely skipable and you’d still understand the main story do you only watch manga episodes. So it’s basically filler
