I love to watch all hoopers, but for Ant to do this next to Steph, Bron, Embiid, Tatum and what not is completely different than doing it with Austin reaves, jalen brunson, walker kessler, mikal bridges and what not.

The high percentage shot games and this is why the new nva struggled to hold interest even with rising scores. 60 men can shoot 3s show some athleticism, it’s basket is called the goal for a reason. I get what you’re saying, but you can’t be the number one option coming off the bench. I know it’s a confidence thing, but it’s like saying the 6th man is the best player on a team. IMO, with this group, it’s why you can’t start him, or even Embiid. They’re ball stoppers, and both would be better suited coming off the bench.
I think they’re keeping him off the bench till KD comes back then KD will be the #1 scoring option. But in terms of who actually wants to get it, Ant has the mimdset and skillset to match being the #1 anytime he’s on the floor

Ant literally just made a nice play and In the air pass. It wasn’t that deep 😂. Talking bout fundamental principles 😭
It isn’t a knock on any of that, i’m just talking about the habit of when a player goes up to shoot. Regardless of where someone went or played, 99% of hoopers don’t turn and box out when they see someone shooting and it’s just a reference to the lack of habit in basketball in general
