Man, you buy action figures in your country +/- 30-40 $, but when they come in my country it costs 100$ and more. I try to tell that it’s absolutely normal price for countries abroad America. We earn much less money, but we pay much more for our collections at least 2 times.

They have literally only ever released this shredder as an exclusive of some sort. The original, the black and white, the loot crate one, now this. Why is it impossible to get a REGULAR RELEASE SHREDDER?
I missed out on this too (surprise! we're all working adults here not glued to our phones). At least Walmart re-released the previously released TMNT two-packs and the rest of the animated TMNT line. Thanks for the rant, definitely felt that one deep in my bones.

I am done with Neca - I love the figures that they are doing … but this is how the 3rd Mirage Shredder I didn’t get. And they were unable to send me the SDCC Exclusive .. they said they tried 2 times - but it didn’t arrive. I am really sad and angry

2023 is the year I stop caring about missing out on certain releases. If these companies make a good product that I can easily get, great. Otherwise, I’m ok with letting it pass me by. Money is too tight there are too many good options out there to worry about playing the chase game with retailers who are looking to screw you from every angle.

I can understand the Toon 2 pack paying that much if you have a social media /youtube type of reviews going on and it can make you money to be first or at least grow the brand. that or you dont have long to live and you want to see it that badly. I've paid like 30$ more than retail to get something early and considered it the dont have to hunt for it tax... but i wouldnt pay over that ever... just wait for it to come out.

I already gave up on anything Mirage. Most of the line was released years ago and is too pricey. Blue Rennet was too hard to get, half the rest SDCC exclusives, like why bother. I’m doing toon and Archie, that’s it for me. Just too much stress.

2023 is the year I stop caring about missing out on certain releases. If these companies make a good product that I can easily get, great. Otherwise, I’m ok with letting it pass me by. Money is too tight there are too many good options out there to worry about playing the chase game with retailers who are looking to screw you from every angle.

Those are some niche characters too, Hatter. I can't see Chakahachi & Lotus being big sellers for Neca.

I took a pass on this. I’m not feeling the “color classic” mirage versions. I’d prefer the original color or B/W versions.

I can understand the Toon 2 pack paying that much if you have a social media /youtube type of reviews going on and it can make you money to be first or at least grow the brand. that or you dont have long to live and you want to see it that badly. I've paid like 30$ more than retail to get something early and considered it the dont have to hunt for it tax... but i wouldnt pay over that ever... just wait for it to come out.

I already gave up on anything Mirage. Most of the line was released years ago and is too pricey. Blue Rennet was too hard to get, half the rest SDCC exclusives, like why bother. I’m doing toon and Archie, that’s it for me. Just too much stress.
