Sorry for late reply, but the reason why gengar outsped aero is because the speed drop from paralysis is still applied when a status healing move is used to cure it. It does stack too
I beat this rom hack 100% and I gotta say, it was probably the most difficult Let’s Play I’ve ever completed! 😂 I want to eventually do Crystal Kaizo and Emerald Kaizo as well.
The Elite Four being so high leveled is to balance out players getting badge boosts so really you should be able to have comparable stats. HP excluded of course.
Next is crystal kaizo (not the one made by pokemon challenges aka crystal kaizo+ im talking about crystal kaizo or you could do crystal kaizo+ for the extra gauntlents thing but without the e4 beeing over level 100 same with the kanto e4 and red)
Can you do pokemon black with ashes pokemon but they all have to be shiny and can't use potions and pokemon centers pretend to take 500 poke dallors to use thank you

Not sure if someone has already said this but blizzard is 90 base accuracy in this gen so it misses less.
