I bought garage products bushings to replace my worn out stock ones. They are UHMW oil-impregnated material and the pivot sleeves are Hard Nickel Plated with a lifetime warranty. The instructions did mention that one clip so that saved me. They also include a pack of o-rings to replace the end cap o-rings. After only 1300 miles on my 2019 polaris rzr xp turbo I had a worn one. I plan to replace the a-arms with high clearance soon but wanted these tightened up for ride coming up. Some a-arms do come with installed UHMW bushings...
Unfortunately haven’t been able to test it off-road yet shortly after we filmed this I had to have shoulder surgery. When I’m cleared to drive again And we can test it I will definitely address any issues we have on a video.
@@skeim5620 overall yes I'm very happy. A lot of what I change on the machine is due to my driving, so that's on me. Some of the stuff in my mind is subpar and that's why I've changed it. I'm sure I would find stuff from the factory I don't like on any machine.

Yeah that’s my biggest regret, I should have gotten a new set with the a-arms. I definitely learned my lesson!

Did you ever make that alignment video using the high lifter alignment kit?
We did and it works, lately though we’ve just been eyeing up the toe adjustments.

Have you found out if you have axle bind on the stock axles yet? My 1.75” forward arms bind a little at full lock with stock axles

@@SomewhatHaggard sounds good. I just noticed mine at full lock and slightly compressed. Flat ground it didn’t do it
