This is the most thoughtfully laid out Toy Hauler I've seen. Nothing appears to have been shoe horned in. A gueen bed gives you more room in the bedroom without the look of being obsequious like a king. You could probably put a fiat in the garage.

Couple things for Luxe to think about: add 6-10" of the rubber flooring along the bottom of the garage walls like your competition. This helps when cleaning the floor, muddy boot s accidentally kicking the walls when loading and unloading, and splashing of mud or fluids. The garage floor and walls take abuse. In less than a year the wall trim on the floor will be chewed up or torn off. And depending on how the floor is cleaned, the wall board may be coming apart for water wicking and the constant kicking from loading and unloading the toys. We know most customers pack their garage full. Adding the extra rubber flooring alone the base of the walls and cutting the wall board 10" from the floor will reduce the risk of water wicking and luan deterioration.
You pointed our the vacuum sealed door separating the living area from the garage to keep fumes isolated in the garage. Yet you have a simple cabinet door to loft. The loft is open to the living area. When the AC or furnace kicks on they will suck fumes from the garage via that simple unsealed cabinet door in the loft leading to the garage. These fumes are then pumped throughout the unit via the ducts. You'll need to add a latching door with a rubber gasket in order to isolate fumes in the garage. This is the reason the competition doesn't have loft access from the garage.

I'm disappointed I just stumbled onto this! I would pick this up today! Perfect length and floorplan (an actual bath tub!) for us as empty nesters with dogs and a CanAm X3 XRC that love to get away! Since I don't "camp" and only "glamp", my 32 foot Class "C" is doable but this would be a fantastic addition to our fleet! My main dislike to all of the other toyhaulers is the lack of an actual eating area separate from the living area. We're not a bunch of teenage animals sitting on a bench-style couch chowing down watching TV. I Love the light colors, all of the amenities that will keep us comfortably on the road exploring and enjoying for an extended period of time.

I'd love to design one of these coaches. Every inch would be a usable space. Central Vacuum, flash heating, some furniture flips under the floor for more space. Toilets would be jet stream clean/blow dry steam vs. Use of toilet paper. Gray water flush system to clean Blackwater hoses. Solar generator/gas. Solar panels. So many ideas.

It's a nice unit. The lay is pretty good. The only problem that I see is the table and chairs is to small. You didn't mention if it had a dishwasher or not? Does it have a water filter, water softener, and or a water regulator built in? We all have seen the mess and cost that can happen if you don't have a water regulator on your coach. Also what about a surge protector? With all the electric gizmos in that coach it better have a good surge protector built in or when you least expect it and your at some camp site late at night and your tired and you stop for the night for some rest that is when it will bite you in the back side and fry your whole coach. Just saying cover your backside's cause no one else will. The industry should make it mandatory that all manufacturers have to put built in water regulators and surge protectors in all coaches! That way then owners of an rv aren't getting screwed over by a camp site and a water or electric company! I would suggest that if you are building these coaches or representing them that you make a suggestion to whomever it is in power that they make this small correction and it would make a lot of rver's a lot happier.

Water pressure regulators are $5 or less and attach to your hose. Using a detachable regulator allows us to replace it in the event it clogs with sediment. I attach mine on the end that attaches to the site water spigot. This ensure the hose is not subjected to high pressure as well.
The hapijsck system in the garage has dining for up to 8 with folding chairs. Luxe may be able to provide an extending table with two folding chairs. The booth can't be any larger because of the kitchen counter and L sofa. Perhaps a U shaped booth with two folding chairs, and a table that rotates and the top flip on to itself to cut the dimension in half so the slides can close without modifying the kitchen and L sofa. Their build team can come up with a solution. This was custom build.
With Luxe, just about anything is possible. Helicopter land pads are not an option at this time. Roof mounted hot tub are currently not an option either. An inflatable hot tub may be used in the garage as long as the rear level jacks are down. Any water damage as a result of the hot tub leaking, is on you 😁. The optional rear ramp/ patio may not be rated to handle the weight of portable hot tub and those using them. Ok. Ok! Geeze!! So you didn't say anything about a hot tub. Hahaha...

I hate the idea of mandating things, you want the water regulator at the hydrant to protect your hose having one on the coach would be secondary. Even with the surge protection system they offer on the unit if you go to camp grounds with power problems you should have a sacrificial cheap unit to put at the power pedestal. It is easier to replace one you lock to the pedestal then to replace a built in unit. If you find a place with power issues you should be posting that so others know and are prepared or avoid the place.

Wow.. this is it. I’ve been looking for something in the range of a luxury fifth wheel to upgrade to in a few years. My wife will retire 4 or 5 years from now, but I’ll still be running my business for several years after that, I need a toy hauler for the workspace to have a decent desk, etc. Most of the toy haulers I have seen look like crap for a living space... Not this.. exactly what we have been looking for. Make one with a front living room and the front windshield and it would hit every box on my wish list.

I toured their factory last June - very impressive units. Unless I missed it in the video, it would be nice to know the GVW of that unit. I almost ordered one last year, but may have to wait for a couple years. Only unit that might (emphasis there) be better is the DRV Full House.. But those are 24K GVW and need a serious truck to pull it. I have a Fuzion now, but next one will most likely be a LUXE. When we go 'full time', LUXE will be a serious choice.

Man it’s just to bight at some points but Im sold over a DRV toy hauler. I’m waiting for my dad’s estate to close hopefully before years end then I’m going directly to a factory and setup a deposit and build schedules.

@@luxefifthwheels glad someone noticed. Seems only the dealer I dropped 20k for a 2008 heartland Sundance for my mom does up to this point. I’m expecting an early payout in a month or two though my brother (executor/accountant) said it should probably be around another 50k. Had to stop myself from buying this nice 2004 Gulfstream Independence Ford V10 with less than 10k original miles and clean-like new looking inside out for 40k. Might still go back on that one as I’ve already looked through it with my son while waiting on the other purchase. Have to get a class A license but that’s not an issue. The majority of what we’re getting will be from my fathers 2 properties near Long Beach CA. As most know selling houses is rarely easy and quick.
I still want a RV for full time living but the big one might be a year or two out as of this moment. I’ve sadly been through this process way too many times in the last few years and am very familiar with how long and dragged out it can be. One good thing is my brothers and I haven’t had any issues in regards to who gets what amd we have a probate attorney.
My situation personally keeps looking up despite all the painful loss of my closest relatives (marriage issues not withstanding). Once I get my dad’s mustang (now mine) into the place I’m getting it restored at, I’m handing over my dads house to my brother’s long time friend to manage, then it’s off to care for mom for as long as she’s got left. Almost like a classic “ride off into the sunset” scene except I’ll be heading north.

I may have missed it, Is there washer and dryer hook ups in the garage portion?
Also, does the bathroom in the back use the same gray water tank as the sink and bathroom in the front? Some toy haulers separate this out into separate tanks which is a waste of space imho.

3/8th plywood roof (partical board?) Is walkable? Not on a house. What's the gap between braces? 5 or 6 inches?
Just doing load rating of good plywood on 12 inch spacing (smallest I've ever seen on a camper to date) and I come up with maybe 40lbs per/sqft. So you would need to be under 80lbs to walk the roof and not flex it to much. .5 would get 100'ish and 3/4 would allow 150'ish.

After checking their website I only saw the side patio on the bigger trailer.
Hi, best model i seen so far, But this model is 45' 6" in length according to the Luxe Website , and do Luxe ship to Europe?'I believe the maximum length of fifth wheel RV or Trailer box is 42.6509 feet, 13 meters the maximum allowed in Europe, 'so can this be arranged? There is a 48ft model just like this one only the garage door is replaced with a glass slider covered by a side deck. As far as I can tell the only other difference is that the garage is longer.

You'll need a 1 ton dually at the very least, I'd go a step above that if I were you. I'm looking to get an F450 to tow one.
She is not doing this fifth wheel justice. Everything is incredibly nice and solid. They do everything to the max. If I buy another fifth wheel, it will be a Luxe.

I don't know I need a toy hauler to haul my trike and that's the only reason reason why I'm looking at these but when she showed me that bathroom about laugh my head off it is the exact same style of my 1997 35 foot Dutchman my kids used to call it the Flying Dutchman LOL anyways too much waste of space and if you really look at it closely it was made really cheaply with a big price tag
