13 Ladder Drills: Speed and Agility Training at home - Footwork for Softball and Baseball Athletes

- Get faster footwork with these 13 ladder drills. All you need is an agility ladder and you! Don’t have a ladder??? You can make one in your driveway using sidewalk chalk.
Gain foot speed to increase your athleticism in any sport. These drills are great for softball, baseball, basketball, soccer, you name it!
I usually do 3 sets of each exercise. Up and Down the Ladder equals 1 set.
