I would LOVE to see how they set up their vivariums!! Beautiful, mossy, and so natural looking! I hope to get darts in the future and a video on their tank set ups would be perfect and so helpful!
It's the exact same way as I showed in this video( th-cam.com/video/WDjveZ-TYmY/w-d-xo.html ), just their tanks are much much older and have had time to grow all the moss.
Pro-tip: A circular polarizer filter will eliminate virtually all reflections and allow you to easily film into tanks. If you are shooting with a DSLR Circular polarizers are super cheap and easy to find. If you are shooting with a phone, you can always grab a Moment lens setup. Moment lenses usually have a small filter ring on the front of their lenses so you can utilize one of those easy to find and cheap filters usually meant for DSLRs. Also they are really great lenses and will make your phone footage look like it was shot on a DSLR anyway.
Oh ok, it’s just the layers at the left/right sides are so thin, I was wondering if they did something differently. Hmmmmm maybe silicone the glass directly and cover with substrate....🤔
Beautiful setups, I just love the lush green, mossy interiors. The plants are just beautiful. I just setup a tank using foam, silicone, and i covered it with coconut coir. It's about a few weeks old. I keep it moist, my plants are doing great, will the sides eventually grow moss?
Hey Mike do u quarantaine Ur dartfrogs? I will get them from a hobbyist like these guys just a smaller scale,im also only be able to visit when contact i bought everything from him except the terrarium, should i quarantaine my dartfrogs?
Hey, I don’t know how confident you are in the medical aspect of dart frogs but I’ve had a pair of Tinctorious Azaureus for about a month and they’ve been doing really well but recently I noticed a moderately-sized bump on the cheek of both of my frogs and it’s really concerning me. Do you have any idea what this could be?
Holy moly I'd give up a kidney for so many of those enclosures. SO so stunning!
hahahah That's probably about how much it all costed ;)

Ya I know what a circular polarizer does I never thought about using it in this context. Good call my friend. And moment is a dope company haha
I was about to say I knew I had missed like two vids but I didn’t realise so much changed any way cool vid these dart frogs look beautiful as ever
Thanks for watching!
I would love to know what method they use for the sides of their tanks. I absolutely love this room. Beautiful tanks.
They use the same foam and silicone method.

Leon David you are spot on. We coat the side glass with silicone and press in the substrate. Later we spread some live moss and keep it moist.
Love dart frogs
Glad you enjoyed! Feel free to share it :)

M. K. If you spread some moss around on your background and keep it moist, it will grow in!
Jungle Jewel Exotics I will do that, Thank you!
Hopefully the moss walls worked for you!
Tanks are lovely. What lighting systems do they use?

Honestly I am not sure. I would say take it to the vet but not even most vets will deal with frogs...
What is that Plant spreading all over the Tinctorius 'Lefumee' Viv
If you provide a time stamp I will let you know.

How much does a tank like that cost?
The ones that they have for sale, I believe the larger ones are 550$

L😍ve em all awesome video absolutely appreciated it
Thanks! I appreciate it :)
Hi mike
Hey buddy!
WHat do they use for there backgrounds
Tree fern panels
BFcubes with some pieces of tree fern aswell i think
suo mynona thanks
BFcubes its pretty expensive i have it aswell, but moss grows easy on it aswell as orchids and any other epifythic plant
They make their own, pretty much the same way all my build videos do. They just make a different background mix for theirs. It’s not tree fern panels.
Too fast camera mooving...
Ya it was a bit jumpy at some points.
