- I'm so so so in love with this song and the concept! This is so them but it feels so much more adult at the same time and I love seeing this grow. This song is kind of the perfect mix of the "me myself and I" concept and a love song which goes to prove that they're growing and they can do a lot more! The dance is yet another iconic dance, the key points are so great! The raps, the attitude, the sass is present and I'm living!
First listen and impression I gave it a solid 7.5 but I knew it would grow on me the more I listen to it and it is definitely the case.

This song and MV is a huge departure for ITZY I think, and it really took me aback. Compared to past MVs, and singles, Not Shy feels more reserved and less youthful.
I'm sure years from not I'll look back on it fondly, but right now it just feels like the odd one out.
thats because its a progression. people and music dont stay the same forever. it still has elements of girl crush with the car chase, guns but like u said it’s more reserved. but i think thats okay. personally i think the music video couldve done the song more justice. it didnt have the same impact as wannabe
