my teacher took 40 min to explain this yet I couldn't understand. thank you for explaining this so simply! i understood this very well. thank you so much!
For anyone else that doesn’t get it: Cross multiply using the numbers on similar sides of their triangles. If the first triangle has value 6 and 7, and the second has x and 10, do 6/10 • 7/x
not sure if you still don’t but here’s an easier strategy lol; ima use the same numbers she used in the video. 5/20 = 4 x 12 (the numerator of the missing fraction) = 48.
It honestly hurts how teachers have to explain it such a long way like, why make it long?.. By the way cross multiplying does work but it doesnt tell you how you got it. I suggest flipping the ratios and put the variable on top to get it.
Question: Find X Tutor: Let’s put the X in the Denominator (Bottom part of the fraction) Me: Why would you put X in the Denominator and not the Numerator. If you want to find X it much better to have it in the Numerator so you can multiple both side with the Denominator number instead of cross multiple X/12 = 20/5
there can be such an easier way to solve this but you chose the worst way to explain it, you could just find the ratios of the other angles and then just multiply it. for example in this equation it was smaller triangle angle multiplied by 4 so therefore 12 multiplied by 4 is 48.
The smile that you did at the end is my smile after watching and understanding this video
Dhcs❤

ikr
I like how she explains it slowly
True ❤
Thats why I had to put it at 1.5 speed 😢
Oh my god wait this actually helped A LOT I understand this more then the way my teacher taught us to do it. Thank you so much 😊

The smile at the end 😀
You explain it better then my teacher🤓
Amazing! Best video I have found yet! 10/10
I dont get it .-.

@@abolguin 4years ago?? 😂 how can't he still learn it
Ty for your help.I really do understand now 🎉❤
I totally forgot how to do this, great refresher thanks!
Thank u so much.God sent you ❤. AMEN
I love the tempo of the explanation 👏👏
The last smile 🫠
omggg this was a life saver!!!!!
this actually helped after watching this i managed to solve another question easily.
5 x 4 = 20
Therefore 12 x 4 = 48
Way easier way I do it
Why does she over complicate it so much 💀💀
@@eloisebriscoe2008 because she wants to show the technique when it gets harder you can’t do that
this video saved me i got a test coming up and my teacher isn’t gonna be here for 2 months to teach us this stuff ❤

Remember guys if you still do not get it you could rewatch the video over and over until you get it
Thanks you so much that I had understand it better 😊
WHAT IF THERES NO X
you draw and x and circle it
Then it's already answered😂😂
Not funny guys 😒
You can call it BA
if there's a Y, the same process applies. is that what you mean?
the smile at the end😁
Why can’t the people I watch on TH-cam be my math teacher instead
The step by step explaining is 🔛🔝
you can just use Pythagorean theorem to solve it
I took my teacher 2weeks to explain to me and I still didn’t get it
I know that but i don't know how to rotate triangle plz someone teach me that
Helpful
This is soo hard tho

To finish this lesson
5 12 13 5×4=20 52 =48
Please someone send me data
What about 13/52 ?
helpful😭😭😭😭😭
So basically X equals to 60
Thanks for madamé it really helps but i wouldn't say that if you weren't blonde
I love you
❤❤❤❤
BUT WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE 13/52 LIKE DONT WE USE IT OR SOMETHING??!?? PLEASE SOMEONE EXPLAIN MATH EXAM TOMORROW
u divide it
Your great 😂
