As a collector of retro systems, I have just about everything, including the rare obscure stuff. Panasonic Q, Neo-Geo AES, Neo-Geo CDZ, SuperGrafx, TG-16 CD add-on, Turbo Duo, Atari Jaguar, Jaguar CD add-on. I was lucky enough to get them years ago before prices went crazy. The one I missed out on and just can’t afford anymore would be the Nintendo 64DD. Years ago I could’ve grabbed it for about $400, now they’re $1,200-$1,500. Great video as always.
Impressive collection! There aren't many system collectors out there so your comment sticks out. I am also a hardware collector and I had to own the overpriced systems at some point. But I had to pay the high prices for a Supergrafx, FM Towns Marty and an Amiga CD32. The last console I got was a PC FX. I know that this may sound like a useless collection to someone collecting just Nintendo or Sega consoles. But it feels incredible to see and play those failed and unknown systems.
@@Oribaa90 A big part of why I collect them is because as a kid, I would always see these systems in magazines and they always looked so awesome and I could never afford them as a kid or they weren’t released in the States. The PC FX is one I don’t have yet, but I’m gonna grab one soon as they’re still pretty affordable. I’m assuming you’re getting the Analogue Duo? I’m friggin psyched for mine to finally arrive.
I'm assuming you have Daimakaimura for SuperGrafx? I was glad to finally be able to play that port on the mini. Really fun! It's always tempted me to get a SuperGrafx.

Bro, don't feel bad, I accidentally did that with so many games. I kinda wish my mom would have told us we weren't allowed to sell any old games. But no one back then thought the old stuff would be worth anything.
My 4 is really a 3, I want one of the NES toploaders that came with the multiAV out. Because it's out there, and maybe I could afford it, but it seems like no one's selling it. And I know I could mod a regular top loader, but that's just not what I want.
Guess a copy of Battlesphere Gold for the Atari Jaguar is something I will never buy. I collected physical Sega Saturn games about 15 years ago and even then prices of games were creeping up rapidly. The games I did own I cherished and were a lot of fun. Sadly, I sold my collection years later (can't remember why), but those same games now most likely cost twice as much as when I paid for them back then. I think the most expensive Saturn game I had was a boxed version of Saturn Bomberman. It cost me around $50 or $60 alone, but I enjoyed the game immensely. I've heard that it is quite the pricey game now if you can find it. Oh, and Retro Bird had the same idea as me. Banjo-Kazooie is one of my favorite 3d platformers, too, and I would do almost anything for a remaster of it (maybe throw in Tooie remastered as well). Crash and Spyro got excellent remasters, so I can only imagine how awesome a remaster of the Banjo games would be in this day and age!
I've been collecting Saturn for about 5 years now. It's crazy expensive. I have a few really good games, but not a huge collection. 30 games and most of the necessary accessories... probably close to $5000 spent....
Don’t feel too bad. 20 years ago, I was selling games from my collection like Radiant Silvergun for $5 on eBay, because I didn’t think anyone would care about them and I needed the money..
@@matthewbain21just get an ODE. No actual fan of the Saturn is going to be upset if you play with an ISO instead of buying a $400 disc that might not work. Plus, a lot of the most interesting and recent games require an ode to play anyway - English patches, home brew, etc.
The one game i want right now is Phantasy Star Online episode 1 and 2 plus for the nintendo gamecube. It sells for over 300 now for some reason. Got it back in 2003 for like 40 bucks.
Ok Im w/ u Birdo. If somehow it could happen I would have a room dedicated to some sit down arcades. Especially the ones that move around & u weren't aloud to get close due to safety wen watching people play. So sit down After Burner, Hydro Thunder, Hard Driving, 4 player Daytona Racing arcades...Im sure there's more. Just a few off the top!!
My category 3 console is a Pioneer LaserActive. I'm already a big fan of the LaserDisc format and have multiple LaserDisc players. It's not a real expensive home video format. But it seems that the LaserActive is the most sought after model, not because it's the best LaserDisc player ever, it definitely isn't, but just because it can play games. It tends to be the only LaserDisc player that game collectors want, so LaserActives are worth a lot more than most LaserDisc players. Just the Sega and Turbografx pacs alone are worth hundreds. I've come close to pulling the trigger on one. Maybe some day...
I remember commenting about this question before, I’m good with not owning a Saturn or a NeoGeo, but boy would it be fun to have a friend who does! I’ve also come to realize that if I want a game, I can get it eventually, even if it’s expensive. Even if it goes from a category 3 to 4, it just helps you realize how important or not it is to you.
My main category 4 is Panzer Dragoon Saga when I got into collecting the Saturn was one of the few systems that was expensive and it was very expensive even back then. Now I have softmodded my Saturn to play the game on it, but I still hope to get the physical game one day. One problem is the price for it has tripled since I started collecting 😭.
There’s no game(s) that I really want. My mission is to acquire the games I had as a kid and teen, that I traded off. A lot of (them) games are pretty pricey now. Example- Street Fighter: The Movie The game (PS1), Enhander (PS1), Castlevania: Symphony of the night (PS1). I’m confident I’ll get them eventually, I’m in no rush. Waiting for the right time.
A PVM was in my category 4 for ages till an anon on 8chan (back before all the bad stuff happened it was a pretty chill place to talk vidya) offered to sell me one, and basically gave it to me for what I paid. An Ikegami TM14 RGB monitor for $85 shipped, holy crap. I still have it and bring it to conventions!
I feel a lot of what you said in this video applies to how I feel about Old School D&D products. I'm a huge fan and I try to collect some of the classics but some are really rare and insanely expensive, I'm looking at you Orange cover Palace of the Silver Princess. Anyway I literally just discovered your channel and I enjoy your silly sense of humour. I also like that your style is just calm simple fun and not trying to go over the top for attention, I hope your channel does well. Glad I found your channel and I look forward to seeing more of your videos.
Your videos are always top tier. But your category 4 hurri-games assessment is your best ever. Thanks a hundred billion for this and every reality check video ❤
Category 5 Games like Chrono Trigger or Earthbound cost an astronomical amount, so now you're contemplating spending up to $100 for a complete in-box reproduction of it.
The Sharp X68000 Mini is being sold on EBAY for 199.00 right now. Bidding ends Thursday November 2nd. Region Japan, but seller is from the US. Just an FYI.
The only things I put in a category 4 would be NWC carts and other one-off competition carts or MACS for SNES or something. A lot of that SUPER rare stuff isn’t even all that enjoyable to play.
I wonder where official GameCube component cables fall? It seems like the only people that would have them either had "Screw You" money, or were early adopters who got them before the prices went gonzo. I also would have loved to have an Nt Mini, but the price for it was just too much for my budget at the time. I went with the AVS instead.
@@RetroBirdGaming I'd imagine it is hard to output scripted videos like that every week. At the end of the day I just appreciate hearing your thoughts on retro games! Sounds like I have some videos of yours to catch up on 🏃💨
10 years ago a Soul Calibur 2 arcade cabinet would have been category 3, possibly even 2 for me. Today with a mortgage and kid it is flat out a category 4.
I am a pretty big elder scrolls fan, and I still like Oblivion more than Skyrim, but there are games that take so long to develop it seems like you’ll never see them like the next elder scrolls. I hear a lot of grand theft auto talk right now, and it’s been 10 plus years since gta 5.
Funny you mentioned Musha. I’ve never even seen it. Real arcades are cat 4 (including real pins, skeeball, super chex, etc). Even A1Ups are overpriced now.
Great topic! My category 4 list: Nintendo Playstation, 64DD, Panasonic Q, and the Final Fantasy collection they only released in Japan. Wishful thinking: Dissidia Final Fantasy but in RPG form, a 2D Mario/Sonic adventure.
I think a Nintendo Playstation is kinda unfair to put there given it's rarity, haha. Also, I think Dissidia's fine as what it is, and what it is is pretty fun. Also has an RPG mode in it as well. I just wish NT had the old gameplay.
Your videos always have a positive, upbeat vibe to them. Thank you! My Cat 4 is Tank Command for Atari 7800, although I might just drop it to Cat 3 if I get a nice bonus from work!
There's a lot of systems I wanted to get back when I was a kid but didn't have the money to get them at that point in time & now that I do have the money to buy them. I don't want them. So it be the Sega CD, Sega 32 X, Sega Saturn, Sega Dream Cast, Atari Jaguar, Turbo Graphx 16, The Neo Geo, The Panasonic 3D0. At that said time I wanted these. I was more hooked & addicted to video games back then. Now I don't even care to play a lot of games as I will just play the ones I like now. I do buy a lot of games now just because I can but I won't pay full price for them. Story time: Speaking about arcades, I used to go to them back in the 90's & I would waste my money playing them wasting my quarters because I was addicted to like every game I saw back in the day. Now I went to a video game arcade bar where you pay a set fee of $10 & you get to play arcade cabinets all you want because they set them to free play. What I found out is that I don't like arcade Joysticks at all. It never used to bother me when I was a kid but now it bothers me a lot that I have to play arcade games with console controllers.
Every NeoGeo game is in category 4 for me. My biggest games are Snatcher and Panzer Dragoon Saga. Those should be category 4, but I had to and I found a good deal. My ultimate though would be a sealed copy of the Apple 2 version of Maniac Mansion. It's my favorite game ever.
Oof... I can deal with not having those category 4 games (especially considering how many are only $10 digitally), but adding that fifth category with Banjo-Threeie was a low blow!
I saw a game recently that made me rethink it all lol. I saw earthbound with the strategy guide, no case, $800, I remember playing it with the guide when it came out. Unfortunately it was lost to letting a friend borrow it and it never came back.
I've gotten many games that i thought I never owned, even grails. There are ways to get even the expensive games. Its just how much you want them. Currently on my list is keio flying squadron. I'll do trades and resell items to save for it
:10 Yup, me as well if I collected NES games. A game that slipped from 4 to 3 was Panzer Dragoon Saga. Those were a rough few months after I bought it. Then there's the PSX (the DVR PS2, not the original PSX), which is also a 4 for me, due to how many of them end up breaking down and me not really having a good place to maintain them. Similarly, the original PS3s. That said, there is also the fact that I have multiple PS1/2/3 games of different regions. An all in one solution would be nice, and I know that while the PS3 is region free, that only go as far as PS3 games are concerned, and not PS1/2 games. Other games that are teetering between 3 and 4 are more Saturn games for me. Astra Superstars, Guardian Heroes, and Dragon Force comes to mind.
I'd love to get a 32x but the only game i'm really interested in on it, is Knuckles Chaotix, and for one single game, I don't think it's really worth the price.
Panzer Dragoon Saga, Snatcher, Cubivore, Harvest Moon are a few of my category 4 games. Thankfully there are ways to play them on original hardware without actually owning a copy. Also, I'm not super big into repros but I do buy them sometimes if a game's price is just too much for me.
Those category 4 games I can't/couldn't afford don't really exist for me. There are so many other games out there (retro and new games) , that I even start losing having interest for unpayable games. If I put category 4 to the consoles/arcade machines type, than it is a whole different story. I could definitely afford an arcade cabinet or pinball machine, but there's no chance to put it in my apartment. That space is already occupied by my music instruments 😂. The Neogeo falls in a between category 3 and 4 type of things. The reason here to say no in this case, there are nowadays so many ways to play the games. But again, arcade machines are definitely my weak point and just unreachable.
If we include computers and not just consoles, category 4 for me at the moment is the Acorn Archimedes/RISC PC line of computers - the line of computers for which the ARM CPU was developed. They're incredibly interesting from a historical standpoint - but they're British computers from the early 90s. Getting them in the US would be pricey, and then you need power and video conversion and they all used proprietary mice and keyboards that nobody makes replacements for. And then compatibility from one version to the next was pretty rough so you can't have /just one/ Archimedes .... A PC Engine used to be category 4 for me until I learned about japanese auction proxies. Also, I sold a ton of old games that I was hoarding to fund a set of everdrives. Critical for the PC Engine because finding a working CD ROM2 unit is starting to get really hard.
Great video as always RetroBird. For my answer it is the Limited Run Games Version of Shantae and the Pirates Curse on Switch. I feel like I'm being greedy as I already managed to nab a physical copy of the 3ds version at a gamestop a couple years back but I'd love to have the switch version physically but that price is a non starter for me. Another one is gatcha force on the gamecube and rhythm thief on the 3ds. It's just far too high. One that was a category 4 that fell to a 3 were the 2 smt devil summoner games on the ps2. I managed to have some money at the time about bought those 2 games, though I probably wouldn't make that same purchase again for how much I ended up paying.
A game that's been in category 3 for me for a while has been earthbound. I've had opportunities to purchase it a few times but other games I wanted more became available at a similar price and I had to snap those up.
Love this video! Honestly, some games I just won't ever be able to get physical are games like Earthbound, a complete copy of Pokémon Soul Silver or the Wii Version of Dokapon Kingdom Complete. I have others, but they are what I'd call category 5: Unless I get stinking rich someday, I'm never getting this one. And that game and console are a NEO GEO and Neo Turf Masters. I will say, I've been a collector for over a decade now, and I've got most of the games that might have been a 4 or 5 in my collection already. Having a complete copy of Fire Emblem Path of Radiance and Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn are very nice. Having a Wii U and most 1st party titles for that I'm guessing will only go up in price over time here.
Today I was offered a guardians of the good arcade cabinet. I got excited for a minute, but did not want to bring it home. It made me remember we Will never get Pit-fighter 2.
@@commentresurrection1841 Lol. I am going through the whole series right now myself. I'm on DW2. When I get to 4, I'll have to emulate. I was trying to see if 4 was on SNES or GBA for cheaper, but nope. 😞
The MSX2 is a random 8 bit Japanese console that actually was a keyboard computer that could also play games. Graphics wise it was closer to the PC Engine, and it had a much better version of Aleste 1, and exclusives like Aleste 2 and Aleste Gaiden. MUSHA was the Aleste game made right after 2, to give some context, so these were the direct prequels to MUSHA. But even if you bought a MSX2 I'm not even sure I could hook it up to any of my TVs, and since it's so old it may not even work, and the games are also super expensive. Hopefully M2 will release an Aleste Collection for the MSX2. Fun fact, the original 2 Metal Gear games were on the MSX2. And also the original Puyo Puyo.
My category 4 items, aside from the obvious Neo Geo and a TMNT Arcade cabinet, are Snatcher on Sega CD and Magic Night Rayearth on Saturn. A local shop has a mint copy of the latter signed by a member of the dev team and it's an eternal taunt every time I visit.
The top of my category 4 list is not a video game, but a pinball machine. The Addams Family Pinball would be amazing, but it's quite expensive, and there's also the lack of space and whatever upkeep a pinball machine needs, so it's just beyond me. The only saving grace, I suppose, is the emulation of it in the original Pinball FX game. So as long as it doesn't get pulled from Steam, and Steam doesn't go away, I'm slightly covered.
My father and I used to buy and sell pinball/video arcade machines in the late 90s, mainly as a hobby. We'd fix them, play them until we get bored with them and then sell them and make a few bucks profit. We had an Addams Family pinball, Paperboy, Ms. Pac-man with original artwork, Operation Wolf, T2, you name it, even an Outrun like Retrobird mentioned. We were lucky enough to have held on to a few, but I cringe when I see what some of the stuff we let go goes for now. The Addams Family is a good example of that.
I thought I would never get Bomberman II for the NES, but wife got it for me for Christmas after we saw it in a retro store. The games on my wishlist I will never probably get are Little Samson, Flintstones Dinosaur Peak, Disney Sports Basketball, Bonk's Adventure and Misadventures of Tron Bonne.
For me because I collect gamecube it was the game ncaa college basketball 2k3 it was one game I didn't think I'd ever get because it didn't appeal and was way too expensive to justify the purchase but one night I was up late and found someone selling a few cheap gamecube games for like 10 bucks a piece. Low and behold there it was complete and only 10 dollars by itself I messaged and made the deal for the whole lot and right then and there I decided I was going to collect every gamecube game released in North America. It's one of those crazy deals I never thought I would see and experience but it definitely gave me the biggest high of my collecting lifestyle.
A Sharp NES TV is a 3 and the FM towns marty is too for me. Stadium Events is a 4. A NWC cart would be a 3.99 as I would love to have one, but there's no way I could afford it without selling all of the NES games I do own. besides they never some up for sale.
Category 1 is so underrated. I've paid as little as $5 for some of my favorite games. Granted, that was a while ago, but you just have to look around to find good games cheap. I bought Hagane for SNES and I've probably got less than 5 hours in it. R-type final: paid $5 and have put over 100 hours into it.
As an Armored Core fan I got most of the games for good prices. And then Armored Core 6 was announced and the prices shot up. Sometimes being a hipster is great.
I don't have category 4 stuff, not even category 3, because I know emulation is always an option. But as for a wishlist, I'd love a sequel to the original Rayman in 2D, or finally having Rayman 4.
The other problem with X68K and other floppy disk games like on PC98 is floppy disks are notoriously unreliable. They lose data or corrupt data all the time. You buy a game, and sure disk 1 and 3 will work, but disk 2 will be empty or corrupted. My cat 4: bulk slash on Sega Saturn My cat 5: a new tokyo extreme racer game
Couldn't agree more. a Deluxe Outrun machine would definitely be the first thing I buy if I ever won the lottery. Of course the second thing I'd buy would be a house large enough to accommodate it.
For older consoles/games, my category 4 is the Neo-Geo Gold set cib and Earthbound. I've been on the hunt for years on both, but I couldn't find a price worthy of my money. I still have a hope for finding Earthbound loose at a considerable price, but 20+ years is wishful thinking. Newer stuff tends to be in that $60+ range. I waited until last week to hunt down a Tears of the Kingdom. Found it $25 under msrp, and I bit the bullet. You could say that ended up a category 3 because there's no way I'm comfortable spending that much.
Ever since I was a kid I wanted a neo geo aes. Yeah I was dreaming big back then and technically having a job and enough money these days I could buy one now but I see no point mostly because the price of games is insane, so forget it
M.U.S.H.A. was definitely an immediate 1...LOL!!! Such an awesome game! But the Cat 5 game that I am waiting on would have to be "Retro Bird: Attack On the 'Nanners". Seriously, I would absolutely LOVE to see an actual sequel to Zelda II (in that same style). Oh well. Great video as always RB! #RETROGAMING4EVER :)
not exactly a game or console but since xenoblade chronicles has been my favorite game for over 10 years now i have been trying to collect every piece of xenoblade merch i can and the one thing i always thought would be impossible to get was the french version of the art book only 1000 were made but i guess everything turned out the way it needed to because one day i had some extra money laying around and decided to search again and for the first time i saw one online i couldnt help myself and i bought it probably spent too much on a book i cant read but its almost certainly the rarest thing i'll ever own
probably the next in the pile of "things i will never own" would be the operation rainfall box that was a preorder bonus for Pandora's tower at a specific store its basically just a larger box that can hold all 3 of the games that were part of operation rainfall i have yet to see one anywhere but i'm always keeping an eye out
Games and systems that are in Category 4: Neo-Geo and pretty much it’s entire library 😢 Also, Little Samson, Bucky O’ Hare(that one really hurts!) and The Flinstones: Surprise at Dinosaur Peak.(the cheapest one I saw was over 800 dollars!!!😮). Actually I changed my mind about Bucky O’ Hare. It’s doable but not for quite a while. It’s more Category 3 I guess 😊 Some of those rare NES games can be quite expensive!!

Crash and Spyro got excellent remasters, so I can only imagine how awesome a remaster of the Banjo games would be in this day and age!
agreed. I feel like Saturn is tier 4 for most people now. I feel bad for Vita and Gamecube collectors as this is quickly becoming tier 4 for others.
@@pixelpoppyproductions I just do both. I have original Saturn games plus a Satiator.
Category 4 for me would be NHL Open Ice Challenge original arcade cabinet.
The one game i want right now is Phantasy Star Online episode 1 and 2 plus for the nintendo gamecube. It sells for over 300 now for some reason. Got it back in 2003 for like 40 bucks.
category 4 for me is Magical Chase for the Turbografx-16. Yes, I had a TG-16 as a kid and still do! Also Category 4, Neo Geo consoles/games.
Just a few off the top!!
just found out that shantae for the gbc is $2500 CIB, or $750 loose. That'd be a category 4 for me
The ones that sting the most are games I used to own and sold and now are in that third category. Looking at you Suikoden II and Megaman X3
Third.. or fourth :(
My category 3 console is a Pioneer LaserActive.
Illbleed for Dreamcast
Id like an in box unopened Gameboy game. It doesn't even have to be an expensive one, just unopened.
There is, right now, a bid that ends in 9 hours on ebay and the price is currently sitting at 540 bucks for discs only.
- won't stay that low
@@guyverjay1289 Yeah, but it may be worth keeping an eye on, just in case the price still ends up being lower than average.
Fujitsu FMTowns Marty lol. Thats a deep cut, comes from that weird era where almost every electronics manufacturer was making a console of some type.
Yep, I still want a clean Lime Green good working Mt.Dew original Xbox, but since good 'ol Covid, that dream went up in smoke.
Monkey Ball arcade cabinet is my holy grail that I'll never have
A PVM was in my category 4 for ages till an anon on 8chan (back before all the bad stuff happened it was a pretty chill place to talk vidya) offered to sell me one, and basically gave it to me for what I paid.
Category 5
Games like Chrono Trigger or Earthbound cost an astronomical amount, so now you're contemplating spending up to $100 for a complete in-box reproduction of it.
Nothing makes my day more special than seeing a new retro bird video. 🍌

Agreed!
Too true!
He really is the freakin coolest I agree 🍌
Agreed, he's so underrated
The Sharp X68000 Mini is being sold on EBAY for 199.00 right now. Bidding ends Thursday November 2nd. Region Japan, but seller is from the US. Just an FYI.
i want a modern earthbound for nintendo switch
Thanks to you I'm developing a bread clip addiction
I've accepted that I probably won't find a neo geo CD or turbo grafx
Ebay has everything.
Crazy how I saw a turbografx today
Turbo grafix would be possible . Neogeo I think no
Final Fight Guy for SNES falls into category 4 for me, even though it was one of my favorites.
You know, I'm at peace with the fact that I'll ever own Little Samson
I love your videos! I hope the old format of you playing the games and doing silly bits doesn't go away. I think they really add a lot!
Not to worry :) That will still be my main format. In fact, just uploaded a new one!
@@RetroBirdGaming I'd imagine it is hard to output scripted videos like that every week. At the end of the day I just appreciate hearing your thoughts on retro games! Sounds like I have some videos of yours to catch up on 🏃💨
I appreciate you saying that! Hope you enjoy some of the back catalog of videos :)@@michaelpenny9625
My categories are simple I have 2. It's either under 20 bucks or screw it I'll buy an Everdrive.
I'd like to have an original Polybius arcade cabinet. Really can't afford one though.
10 years ago a Soul Calibur 2 arcade cabinet would have been category 3, possibly even 2 for me. Today with a mortgage and kid it is flat out a category 4.
I am a pretty big elder scrolls fan, and I still like
Oblivion more than Skyrim, but there are games that take so long to develop it seems like you’ll never see them like the next elder scrolls. I hear a lot of grand theft auto talk right now, and it’s been 10 plus years since gta 5.
So true! There are so many games I wanna get, but it's too expensive.
Im not much of a physical collector but my category 4 would include a PSP coca cola edition, and the original Shenmue artbook
I have chosen to never own another console past 8th gen systems again meaning if it doesn't come out on pc or switch then I'll never touch it.
When it comes to retro collecting, I never say never, but I often say "yeah.... No"
Funny you mentioned Musha.
Much love retro bird! Look forward to new vid every Friday
I'll do trades and resell items to save for it
Those damn Racoons
It was great running into you at PRGE. Keep up the great work with these amazing videos.
Neo Geo is my category 4.
I'd love to get a 32x but the only game i'm really interested in on it, is Knuckles Chaotix, and for one single game, I don't think it's really worth the price.
I'm kind of in the same boat with you on that one.
Panzer Dragoon Saga is the only game I was willing to pay that much for. And I managed to find a disc only set for a bit over 700.
Wow, that is still way outta my range. The most I have ever spent on a single game was 200 for Chrono Trigger.@@RippahRooJizah
@@riversart2030 PDS was the only game I paid over 200 for, although my trigger finger is itching for a few more Saturn games.
£100 ($120) is my limit for any one game. Seems a sensible benchmark to me
Those category 4 games I can't/couldn't afford don't really exist for me.
Dragon Warrior 4, NES. 😞
I am currently playing that lol. I played 1-3 the passed 6 weeks and finally am on IV!
@@commentresurrection1841 Lol. I am going through the whole series right now myself. I'm on DW2. When I get to 4, I'll have to emulate. I was trying to see if 4 was on SNES or GBA for cheaper, but nope. 😞
It is such a good series. Each game got better than the last by a mile. They were for sure expensive, but worth it.@@josephbradshaw6985
Me looking at snatcher and Panzer Dragoon Saga prices
Time for another Friday with R. Bird! Thank you for your videos, sir :) 🍌
Oh man, my pie in the sky arcade machine would be gain ground! Thanks Retro Bird for the always appreciated videos!
I have been wanting Phantasy Star Online for the Gamecube for a while but I haven’t been willing to dish out the $80+ bucks for it.
It's so funny how short a game little Samson is.
A Sharp NES TV is a 3 and the FM towns marty is too for me. Stadium Events is a 4. A NWC cart would be a 3.99 as I would love to have one, but there's no way I could afford it without selling all of the NES games I do own. besides they never some up for sale.
Fun video as always! What I wouldn't give for more Banjo Kazooie games 😢
The Sonic Heroes and Super Monkey Ball duo pack. It's $3,107.14 for 2 games I already have.
Ninja Five O is in my Category 4...I think. Though, if the proper booze and bonus synch up, who knows... help me.
My cat 4: bulk slash on Sega Saturn
My cat 5: a new tokyo extreme racer game
Couldn't agree more. a Deluxe Outrun machine would definitely be the first thing I buy if I ever won the lottery. Of course the second thing I'd buy would be a house large enough to accommodate it.
Cat 4 would be Neo geo, sharp 68000 and probably a tg16 with all those juicy shmups 😢
#RETROGAMING4EVER :)
not exactly a game or console but since xenoblade chronicles has been my favorite game for over 10 years now i have been trying to collect every piece of xenoblade merch i can and the one thing i always thought would be impossible to get was the french version of the art book only 1000 were made but i guess everything turned out the way it needed to because one day i had some extra money laying around and decided to search again and for the first time i saw one online i couldnt help myself and i bought it probably spent too much on a book i cant read but its almost certainly the rarest thing i'll ever own
probably the next in the pile of "things i will never own" would be the operation rainfall box that was a preorder bonus for Pandora's tower at a specific store its basically just a larger box that can hold all 3 of the games that were part of operation rainfall i have yet to see one anywhere but i'm always keeping an eye out
I look forward to these videos 🤠
I was spoiled growing up with a friend whose grandpa has an original Outrun cabinet in his basement. No quarters required.
