You know Carol has thought about the sleeping with Ed giiving him a good night and when he drops his guard kill him. thats why she was the one to tell Andrea that idea.
I hated Andrea since the farm lol. For the entirety of S2, all she ever thought about was a gun and having a weapon. She strutted around the farm going from acting like she knew it all to acting like had something to prove and ended up shooting Daryl because of it. I get that she wanted to help defend the camp but she could've done that AND helped with the chores, as Lori said. I think Andrea believed she was too good for laundry and cooking once she learned to shoot. She can't assume that the group left her behind or didn't bother to look for her or whatever. It was pure chaos that night and for all she knew none of them made it off the farm. She didn't exactly circle back and try to find any of them either during those eight months. I totally get her wanting to make a go of it at Woodbury when they first got there, especially after living in the woods and in a meat locker for 8 months. What killed it for me was that she did, in fact, choose a warm bed over a friend. A friend that saved your life and plucked you up out of the dirt - literally - when she didn't have to. Stayed with you all winter, and risked her life time and again to find meds for you and keep you alive. Michonne's instincts served Andrea just fine when she was depending on her. Then when Michonne tries to tell her that something's off with Woodbury, suddenly those instincts are paranoia and she trusts the governor more than she does Michonne? I don't blame Michonne one bit for being hurt. That was pretty much a slap in the face to Michonne and everything they'd been through. What Andrea seems to forget is that home is where your people are. Your people are the ones who will keep you safe no matter what, not send their thugs to take you out because you decide to leave. And home is not a place where you have to sneak in and out for fear of retribution. Fast forward to Andrea learning about Maggie and Glenn, about the fish tanks full of heads and Penny, about the governor sending a hit squad after Michonne, about his attack on the prison and blatantly lying to her about it. She's so desperate for a nice, cushy place to live that she's in denial. Yes, she wants not just A place, but a nice place. She told the governor that her friends were living in awful conditions. No, they aren't. The conditions might not be ideal but they're not awful. Cellblock C beats the hell out of a meat locker, Andrea. They're behind two fences topped with razor wire and brick walls. I guess the only thing Andrea sees is that they don't have parties with cold drinks and liquor. Yes, there are innocent people at Woodbury, but there are innocent people at the prison too. The citizens of Woodbury aren't the problem, the governor is. All that she's learned about him and she still doesn't get that every person at Woodbury is in as much danger as an outsider unless they kiss his a$$ and look the other way. Rick's turned cold? You just learned that he was forced to kill his best friend, his wife died in childbirth, some psycho jackhole takes and tortures two of his people, they barely get them back and lose Oscar in the process, almost lost Daryl, then the same psycho shows up and kills another of their group, tears down the gate, and releases walkers inside the fence. Ya think he's turned a little cold?!?!? I guess she realized Carol's turned a little cold too lol. Let's not forget that Dale mentioned that Andrea was a lawyer before the turn. Are you kidding me? I mean, you can be book smart as hell and still be dumb as a brick, I guess. She has zero common sense. I imagine she probably sucked as much at being a lawyer as she does at whatever the hell she's trying to do in this situation. 😂
I loved how Andrea was saying to Carol that Rick had gone cold in hopes that Carol would be the sweet supportive mother of the group Instead Carol told Andrea what she should do and that moment made Andrea realize just how much everyone at the prison has changed (how they had to change to survive)
Before you said that Andrea likes being the important piece, I had never thought of it, even though I have watched this season multiple times. That was such the insight... It is wonderful how one can learn from someone else's point of view.
Trueeee and with people like Shane or the governor she feels important because they were both leaders (or at least Shane was trying to be) Also Andrea was always trying to prove herself look at me I can do this and that 🙄 But still never really thought about her liking being the important piece
Carol just casually came up with the best plan offered so far on taking out the governor but Andrea fumbled it. So hyped for next episode man it’s one of my favorites
One of the biggest criticisms I see of the show is these slower character driven episodes Personally I believe they’re necessary because they make the conflicts impactful Occasionally they go a little too far and border on being boring but typically there’s a point behind all of it Try to remember this is a long running series and every piece of character development adds to their overall arc In the end I believe you’ll appreciate the show on a whole Sometimes because of these slower episodes and sometimes in spite of them.
The only Andrea fans are from the comics😅,apparently Rick and her fall in love not a spoiler since show whole different which is good, found it interesting tho
Ok finally it’s time for me to say what I analyze about Andrea’s role in this season. At first on Woodbury she’s ok with the place she never see anything that would make her worry Michonne never gives a real reason for her to risk her safety on the outside again So she stays she thinks the Governor is a good person and she’s interacting and seeing that there are good people living in the town. Then we have the Governor manipulating the narrative to create conflict between the two groups he never tells Andrea about Glenn and Maggie and he never says the people from the prison are Andrea’s old group to her so she’s eager to help Woodbury against the so called awful prisoners enemies. She even comes to his rescue on his house on 3x08 when Michonne’s about to finish the job because she still don’t know what we as the audience knows that the Governor is a piece of shit At that point she still thinks Phillip is a good man (and tbh us in her place feeling safe in a safe place and seeing his whole nice facade through HER eyes would probably have the same line of thinking as her) It’s only when Michonne leaves the room that she sees the whole walker heads on fish tanks and she sees the Governor holding his dead daughter that she finally comes to clues that this man is not so good on the head. She learns the enemies were her friends and the Governor is clearly lying about a lot of things and it’s not what she thought he was She finally has all the facts laid out to her in this episode learning of him kidnapping Glenn and Maggie sending Merle to kill Michonne (and if Andrea were to go with Michonne she would too be in his aim) attacking the prison and instigating a war. Now you see she won’t completely side with either side because both sides have good people and to have casualties on an unnecessary war is stupid So she won’t just go back to the prison and leave Woodbury solely at the hands of his psycho ass She showed true leader spirit on 3x09 inspiring people and keeping them calm when he was too damaged to do anything she needs to be there to try and keep things on a calmer tone. When she’s on the last scene after giving him the best sleep of his life you see she was thinking of going through with Carol’s plan she has no real feelings for him anymore she’s not still falling for a bad guy even after learning of his awful way of doing things she was going through with it BUT you see to kill someone in cold blood in their sleep is somethings that is not on her blood yet I believe Dale’s words were totally resonating on her about there’s no more civilization on the world but we can’t afford to lose our humanity So she’s unable to do it. I do get people mad that she didn’t go with Michonne and that people are eager to see her with the group again as soon as possible but I do believe people have a very one sided way of thinking on this whole dilemma and with this they just call Andrea a stupid character that sides with the villain just because he has a penis when things are really not like that The hate towards her feels very exaggerated to me and just like with Lori I’ll be on their defence squad everytime.
I LOATHED Andrea. 😂😂 The Guv is such a great villain. He had me despising his character 😅 I cant wait for you to watch "Clear". It's a masterpiece in acting ❤❤❤ Great reactions.
They made the TV Andrea so different than the comic book Andrea. The comic book Andrea was pretty awesome. I don't think this TV Andres really had any idea how bad that the Governor was until this episode. I think that the TV Andrea is a bit naive. I think that she just wants everyone to live. BTW, most people hate Andrea at this point in the show. Great reaction.
Andrea makes the list for most annoying characters. "Pa-TOO-ey!!!" 😅 Did you notice though how Carol strategically thought of a way to get rid of the Governor? She's coming into her own. Stay tuned. 😊 What is your prediction about Merle? How will things turn out for him?
I know Andrea is a character that can make you angry, but you have to think about her point of view. It's impossible to judge the fact that Andrea didn't go looking for Rick's group when she discovered they were alive, especially since when Andrea disappeared on the farm, no one went after her, Rick himself said that going after her was a waste of time. In Woodbury there are innocent people and children. Andrea is right to want to prevent a war from happening. Andrea not killing the Governor when she had the chance will be explained in the next episodes. I'm not a big fan of hers, but I understand her actions.
I know its a tv show but the whole using walkers as camo is so flawed. I mean how is having armless and jawless walkers on chains or rope any different that walking in a pack of walkers. the only difference is the armless and jawless walkers cant hurt you but the whole smelling thing makes no difference.

So I understand why she wouldn't want to just leave Woodbury when she got there - from her point of view, Michonne was acting crazy even though we as the audience know that Michonne's instincts were correct. The unfairness also extends to Rick who is being slightly irrational and paranoid for obvious reasons.

"CLEAR" is a great episode that will be pivotal moving forward for a specific group of characters.
You know Carol has thought about the sleeping with Ed giiving him a good night and when he drops his guard kill him. thats why she was the one to tell Andrea that idea.
ohhhh good catch!
13:09 the guts & the eye move😂😂😂
I couldn’t believe Carol suggested that to Andrea the first time I saw it.
😂😂😂 came out nowhere lol
I feel like Carol might of had similar thoughts with Ed but was like Andrea and couldnt bring herself to go through with it.
Wow could you imagine The Deep and a sea creature? That sounds insane. The writers could sure use some of your input.

At least the group is open with who they are. The governor wears a mask and lies.

I love your reactions. You seem to see everything the same way I do. Love it!!!

Carol took me by surprise lol
Clicked in, clicked the like, now let’s gooo
💯‼️

My biggest gripe with Andrea is she let Michonne go alone. Michonne saved her life then she choose the Governor over a friend. Can’t overlook that
What is the Gestapo..I am in chok..you need to look it up and learn.
Yesss lets get it ❤
I've been saying Andrea is 🗑️ since the beginning! 😅
I know its a tv show but the whole using walkers as camo is so flawed. I mean how is having armless and jawless walkers on chains or rope any different that walking in a pack of walkers. the only difference is the armless and jawless walkers cant hurt you but the whole smelling thing makes no difference.
Lol I agree.
Great reaction I hate the gov.
Facts!!! He moving crazy!!
Thanks for watching!
