3:48 you were talking about how audience used to prefer quality. One thing I like to add is in that era music was distributed in the form of CDs and Cassette so people had to pay to listen . That's what the mentality of artists, labels and audience. Which was the major reason why every song used to sound good and unique. But now days everything is based on streams so if you even didn't like the song your one stream has been counted and it profits the artist/label.

Bcz nowadays internet is available 24/7 and almost free.. and many ppl have time in abundance they and jst listen to whatever they are served and that becomes a trend... And also.. to pretend to be cool (our generation) people avoiding good old music.

In my own case i assume there is some nostalgia involved as well, but i am pretty convinced the overall quality of remixes including the music and vocals was better back then.

Aaj kal ke time mein ya Neha Kakkar ki family, kuch Punjabi singers (Badshah, B Praak), Jubin, aur kuch aur. These people except B Praak, cannot and do not give that vibe, which we all want. That emotion, that goosebumps wali feel, it's all commercial without any substance. I have stopped listening to Bollywood music long time ago.. isse acha to Pakistani drama ke OST hote hai.

I must be really really old, because what I remember is a huge hue and cry in the late nineties and early 2000s stating that beautiful original Hindi film songs were being damaged by making remixes. Nostalgia about those remixes is the last thing I expected.

Bhailog is time ka wo video like, nahi nahi abhi nahi, kanta laga aur v bahot sare videos dekhne ke liye khali ghar dhoondhna padta tha. Those videos were like seductive for that time. But voice of singer and music beats were out of the world. Even actors in video were awesome. There performence and acting was beyond of words to explain.

Remix songs of 90s were awesome to listen but children of that era know how we use to watch those remix videos. Bhailog is time ka wo video like, nahi nahi abhi nahi, kanta laga aur v bahot sare videos dekhne ke liye khali ghar dhoondhna padta tha. Those videos were like seductive for that time. But voice of singer and music beats were out of the world. Even actors in video were awesome. There performence and acting was beyond of words to explain.
