This type of Grill Pork Patties can be served with buns, rice and out in vermicelli bowl. It is very easy to make. 💕
✨ Ingredients and Recipes
▪️ Ground Pork - 1kg (1000g)
▪️ Green Onion -3x
▪️ Chicken Powder - 1 Tbsp
▪️ Sugar - 3 Tbsp
▪️ Pepper - 1 Tsp
▪️ Fish Sauce - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Oyster Sauce - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Roast Red Pork Seasoning Mix - 1 Tbsp
( can be purchase at Chinese Grocery Store )
▪️ Garlic - 1 bulb or 10 cloves
✨ Shape them into 2 Tbsp patties size
✨ Freeze them first to get firm before grill them
✨ watching movie on how to freeze them so they don’t get stuck together
