    Vry.well explained the topic bt.as a management professional I feel policies formulation is important aspect nd necessary scientific approach to decision making involves some of of the following factors like Defining the problem, collecting all relevant information, Developing alternatives, Examining all the alternatives nd the solutions, testing the solutions, selecting a course of action, Implementation the action nd Evaluating the results of the action etc.Policies should be goal oriented nd needs review on regular basis as this is a competitive world so the Contingency approach is very important.Also systems approach is quite important including T&D policies for OD in HR in brief.Vry.excellent lecture in simple language nd inspiring too.Thanx.👍
