    Thank you so much for the help Kenji. Just two weeks ago I had to make a DCF Model for my final project of accounting class in my first year of finance, and they hadn't taught us how to do it. Your DCF step-by-step guide saved me. You're amazing!

      Of course they taught you bro maybe you weren’t paying attention or maybe u should change ur uni.

      @@strynth1226not necessarily I see this in uni sometimes where the professor will make you value a company using a dcf in the beginning class after maybe 7 classes to really make you think then go over all the dcf techniques and at the end of the term you should be able to do it appropriately

    Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely lead to greater financial independence. By being knowledgeable about money and investing, individuals can make informed decisions about how to save, spend, and invest their money. A trader made over $350k in this recession influenced market

      The best course of action is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance.
      Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic.

      *John Desmond Heppolette* is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You'd find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment..

    Hi Kenji, many thanks for posting your videos! Could you do one that covers interview questions for financial analyst roles in e-commerce and retail companies? They’re always looking for candidates who can budget & forecast, do financial modeling etc. What’s the right technique in going about answering such questions, especially if you have to describe excel spreadsheets that you cannot refer to? Could you share some examples?
    Many thanks in advance!

      You should learn about a method called Fermization. Enrico Fermi is a physicist who actually invented these types of guesstimation problems. So that's what you need to be a pro on solving these problems.

    Do CFA, CPA, CMA help in getting into IB, PE, HF or just learning Modelling and Excel is enough with relevant internship experience?

    • @leoperez6737
      @leoperez6737 ปีที่แล้ว

      The only thing that can get you into HF, IB, PE is an MBA from a top10 university. Even with a good MBA getting into PE is crazy difficult, most people first try to get into MBB in order to get into PE.

      Invest it in acquiring high-income skills and get to the point where you have a spare $5-10k/MONTH before you start speculating.

      Buy a foreclosed home for around 10k, add 5k in fixing the place, instead of selling it immediately and paying the 30k sellers fee, you rent it out for 900 bucks a month for 3 years, saving the 30k you need for the fee & on top of that the value of your house will go up by about 50k as well after you fix it up, hold it, then rent it out, sell it refinance and do a 1030 so instead of paying taxes on each house you sell you use that tax money to out a down payment in a new house while keeping your cash flow
