❤ Ingredient 材料 :
●1st Layer 第一层 :
Butterfly Blue Pea Flower 10g 蝶豆花 10克
Water 1000ml 清水 1000毫升
Caster sugar 120g 细砂糖 120克
Agar powder 3+1/3tsp 燕菜粉 3+1/3茶匙
Jelly powder 1tsp 果冻粉 1茶匙
●2nd Layer 第二层 :
Coconut milk 200ml 椰浆 200毫升
Water 400ml 清水 400毫升
Caster sugar 75g 细砂糖 75克
Agar powder 2tsp 燕菜粉 2茶匙
Jelly powder 1/2tsp 果冻粉 1/2茶匙
●3rd Layer 第三层 :
Fruits 水果
Water 1200ml 清水 1200毫升
Caster sugar 135g 细砂糖 135克
Agar powder 4tsp 燕菜粉 4茶匙
Jelly powder 1+1/4tsp 果冻粉 1+1/4茶匙
