It's crazy how emotional I get just listening to your stories of grief; it's not even my grief...yet, when you (anyone, really) talk about your memories of your loved ones, I feel it too, and tears fill my eyes as if it were my own memories.

The Office has definitely helped me through lonely nights and bouts of depression and anxiety. Especially with the way things are right now. Dwight and Angela were my favorite characters, and I thank you both for bringing them to life. Rainn, you have such a good and charitable heart, you're a light in these dark times.

I just feel like my dad was like watch this... Grief sucks. Thanks for sharing ❤ my small family are big office fans. Love you guys

Also great point about only saying grace at dinner, what an awesome way to bring gratefulness into the everyday. I lost my father in 2020, I was in an awful car accident along with him. The pain never leaves and the moment the grief pops up, you can be anywhere and around anyone. I really appreciate the conversation about grief. Especially when you are grieving a parent. I lost my mom last February and had lived with her the last 8 years of her life after developing dementia.
