    Ingredients for Small Fish Masala Curry:
    - Any small Fish (Netili, Katla, Asian Carp) - 500 gms
    Cleaning Process:
    - On Hard Surface Take Small Fish (Ex : On Rock)
    - Pour Lime Stone powder (Muggu)
    - Clean fish's on rock by Rubbing until it cleaned well and Smell disapperas
    - Remove un-useful Parts like Intestines by pressing on stomach area and remove Tails and fins.
    - Clean again with rock salt & Water & Keep Aside
    Ingredients:
    - Cumin seeds & Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
    - Turmeric powder - 1 Tsp
    - Oil - 3 tbsp oil
    - Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
    - Diced Onions - 1/2 Cup
    - Coriander leaves
    - Red Chilli Powder- 2 Tbsp
    - Salt - 2 Tsp
    - Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
    - Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
    - Curry leaves- 10
    - Tamarind, soaked in water- 2 Cups juice
    - Coriander leaves for garnishing- 2 tbsp
    Preparation:
    - Cleaned, wash and pat dry the small fish's.
    - Add 3 Tbsp of oil & Heat in Pan
    - Add 1 Tbsp Of Mustard Seeds & Cumin in oil
    - Now 1/2 Cup Diced Onion's And Add Curry Leaves
    - Add 1-Tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste Saute for 10-Seconds
    - Now Add 1/2-Tsp Turmeric And Coriander Leaves And Saute
    - Now Add Pre Washed Fish's, Mix well And Simmer For 2-Minutes
    - Add 2 - Tbsp Of Chilli Powder And 2-Tsp Of Salt Mix Well & Simmer For again 2- Minutes.
    - Now Add 2-Cups Of Tamarind Water (Soak tamarind for 10 - minutes) And Mix Well,
    - Cover & cook for another 10 mins on low heat till oil separates.
    - Add 1-Tsp Of Roasted Fenugreek And Cumin Powder And Give A Lite Mix
    - Now Add 1-Tsp Salt And Mix Well
    - Now Add 1/2-Tsp Of Coriander Powder And 1-Tsp Of Garam Masala & Mix It Well
    - Add Coriander Leaves
    - Our Fish Curry Is Ready To Taste...
    - Serve with rice.
