I love how they let grandpa to eat first after finish cooking. Respect to the elders and to the cook.
In India, chef has to eat first to ensure that it is safe for others.
In India during community fest traditionally Children, Woman and Elderly people eat first.

I cannot get enough of watching Grandpa! In reality i know he is in a special place for his good heart, compassion and love for HIS family. I feel so right there as he cooks. Very interesting fish stew recipe. The fishes have their "head-on" if you'll pardon the pun. The other thing I find interesting is that salt (liberal amount of it), onions and turmeric are used rather copiously in most of the dishes. I really enjoy this channel. My best part is the generosity is sharing with folks, the smiles on their faces when eating time comes is simply blissful.
