Yoooo I've always wanted to know how a tuned up bass with a low tuned 7 string guitar both tuned to F# or F would sound like and wowww it sounds REAL powerful! Its the perfect sonic tonality that allows the guitar and bass to fill their roles within their mix without muddiness. I have no idea why more bands dont do this if they desire real low tuned instruments.Thanks for proving that with this cover! Vola is a badass band and are even better live! I know from experience 🤘🤘

Nothing too much to say here about the pickup, it sounds like this and there is no external preamp in use here 😅 I've used the same pickup in all the other songs I've done with this bass as well, so check those out if you need more clips! The signal chain is always mentioned in the description :)

@@Paajanenae the position of the pickup is important also, it's the biggest contributor to the tone, lowend lobster put a Darkstar pickup on a sterling raysomething on that spot and it sounded great too.

Definitely could benefit from being played on a 5 string. The original mix has the bass almost erased. This cover brings out the nuances missing from the original
