Yes, I agree that a busbar would be a better option. However, I have monitored the temperature at the connectors under max load (8kW) and it's acceptable.
I'm not sure how to track that using the SOLARMAN app that I'm using. I estimate there are 2 charge/discharge cycles per day, or 60 per month. So on the oldest batteries, that have been in since May, or 7 months, it'll be around 420 cycles.
I don't use an app specifically for the SHOTO batteries. I use the SOLRMAN app for the inverter and it's got some basic BMS info, but I haven't needed to investigate any issues with the batteries, so I haven't bothered trying to find an app for them yet.
You may need a busbar for the batteries. The connections to the DC disconnector may produce heat on big loads

Amazing great job
Hi what size DC Breaker for the batteries are you using?
i have a battery which is showing and alarm and does not charge ( ZTE 48V 100Ah lithium Battery) what can i do to make the batttery charge again?
similar problem, hard to find answers
Please confirm how the number of cycles for your batteries

How is the bettery performing?@@unorthofox
what is the app for shoto bms?

well thanks because my shoto is locked in 10amps charging thats why im looking for the bms app for configuration
@@unorthofoxhi another question can you do a video how did you connect your battery and what cable wire did you used? thank you sir.
@@carljohncoronel3754 We found our batteries had a charging restriction on them too. Soleved it in the end. Did you find the BMS software?
