  • all this project is my own interpretation for an ambient pad modular sampler machine... If you want to call it... External effects like delays and reverb are a must, but its a piece of joy.

    Ladies and gentlemen! The NEW modular standard: Lonerrack! :p
    Also, that tune is good enough to be the soundtrack for some new indie horror movie! Something like, "The Modularing!" or "It Came From the Workbench!" or SOMEthing. lol

    Great use of basic electronics and accessible (cheap) pedals. I do exactly the same. I put the hacked pcbs in pedal enclosures or small Industrial metal enclosures. I keep it 1/4" on the Jack's because..... well if you do a lotbof different setups and unplug them a lot, especially gigging, then you find that mini jacks fail, and you have to do soldering on your Monotron Delay surface mount pcb, not easy. Keep up this incredibly useful resource.

    Great work dude. Def gonna give this a go too. You could think about adding the guts of a Walkman to have a tape loop/tape delay going on in there. Also maybe some of the paper circuits by ciat lonbarde. Doing great stuff man, very inspiring!

    It’s not a stupid idea… it’s amazing (but not original neither haha). About soldering and other ideas I put a comment in the other diy video but never received a thumbs up so not sure if you have seen it… Did you considered build a battery powered power supply bus? It will be very easy and will make the whole “modular” more appealing… also don’t forget to ground each module to a main ground when you get a common power supply… food for thought. Great work and perseverance!

    Just lovely, I really like your approach keep on growing it, I mean you already can mix all these 3 or 4 ideas into one proper module maybe when it's done print the circuit board and sell it online, I mean just keep on growing it 😊👌👌👍

    Hey! I need your help! Your channel is super amazing and I love you content and I love using your vosyr packs. I've been really struggling with the poly mode on the volca sample and I just cant get it to play chords (pajen hack) I've been following instructions and everything and I just have no idea and I've seen that you got it to work!!!

    • @Lonershy
      @Lonershy  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Poly mode is sometimes a bit weird, so select the same sample on first 4 slots, then go to menu (func+sample) to PY2, 3 or 4... plug a midi keyboard and should work! :)
