- all this project is my own interpretation for an ambient pad modular sampler machine... If you want to call it... External effects like delays and reverb are a must, but its a piece of joy.

It’s not stupid. It’s inspiring!
Ladies and gentlemen! The NEW modular standard: Lonerrack! :p
Also, that tune is good enough to be the soundtrack for some new indie horror movie! Something like, "The Modularing!" or "It Came From the Workbench!" or SOMEthing. lol
Hahahahahaha
SO fun dude. Your ideas are NOT stupid or lame. They're awesome.
hahaha thanks!
Great use of basic electronics and accessible (cheap) pedals. I do exactly the same. I put the hacked pcbs in pedal enclosures or small Industrial metal enclosures. I keep it 1/4" on the Jack's because..... well if you do a lotbof different setups and unplug them a lot, especially gigging, then you find that mini jacks fail, and you have to do soldering on your Monotron Delay surface mount pcb, not easy. Keep up this incredibly useful resource.
true, they get overused ahaha
I've been looking forward to this video for a while...you legend!
Hahaha thank you
You make me wanna quit my job and do this stuff all day long lol
hahaha make your job quit you instead
Love your DIY modular projects. Really inspiring!
we need more in depth tutorial for building this thing !!!
Ok!
Great work dude. Def gonna give this a go too. You could think about adding the guts of a Walkman to have a tape loop/tape delay going on in there. Also maybe some of the paper circuits by ciat lonbarde. Doing great stuff man, very inspiring!
Yeah! Was thinking about that too!
Brother this is awesome. What a cool build!
Thanks!!
this ISNT lame. i love this idea. i would love this build. i'm into this type of stuff, just dont know how to produce that ambient sound yet.. one day :D haha
keep this up!
Thanks!! I will say that for this sound, the zoom ms50g helps a lot :)
Awesome!!!! I love it. This simple and working well. Going to build that!!!!
Perfect!!
Greatly appreciated! You give me so many ideas what to do with my life.
Haha cool!
Me at 2 am be like I should make make my own synth your video really inspiring
Hahaha thanks!
No money creativity)) Fun to watch!
Thanks!!
I was inspired by your videos to make a eurorack module looper/sampler with CV inputs!
You humans are so incredible!
Awesome work. Sounds awesome.
gr8 ideas...well done. liked and subbed
Thanks!!!
It’s not a stupid idea… it’s amazing (but not original neither haha). About soldering and other ideas I put a comment in the other diy video but never received a thumbs up so not sure if you have seen it… Did you considered build a battery powered power supply bus? It will be very easy and will make the whole “modular” more appealing… also don’t forget to ground each module to a main ground when you get a common power supply… food for thought. Great work and perseverance!
hey! thank you! yeah! this was one year ago and i have learned a couple things haha
Just lovely, I really like your approach keep on growing it, I mean you already can mix all these 3 or 4 ideas into one proper module maybe when it's done print the circuit board and sell it online, I mean just keep on growing it 😊👌👌👍
Lets see how it grows!
Thanks for making this video!
Very cool❤
Wicked man! I reckon you got the diy vibe down. Nice drone too!
Thanks!
wow cool
Fascinating stuff man! Just found your channel and I'm really enjoying your content!
Wicked cool my friend. Looking forward to this journey you are sharing. Keep posting and happy patching!
Suena espectacular
Sound good
Lonershy! I need you on an ambient collab album, it will be easy and fun and take up little of your time annnnd might even get like 12 views ... (ive got a bunch of synth folks on the album so far, trying to get some more cool folks like you)
this is epic and i like your speaking accent
Superb
Suena de puto lujo!
Yaaasss
😍😍
u should try putting cv inputs into the samplers for pitch control/modulation
Just learning how to! Thanks!
put the zoom pedal in there! and the voice recorder! and the camera!
Hahaha
found it :)
haha cool!
Hmmm 🤔🤔... im inspired now lol
Nice! I have a question...do you need anything to connect the microphone like you did? what type of microphone are you using? Keep up the great work!!
just a normal one
Hey! I need your help! Your channel is super amazing and I love you content and I love using your vosyr packs. I've been really struggling with the poly mode on the volca sample and I just cant get it to play chords (pajen hack) I've been following instructions and everything and I just have no idea and I've seen that you got it to work!!!
Poly mode is sometimes a bit weird, so select the same sample on first 4 slots, then go to menu (func+sample) to PY2, 3 or 4... plug a midi keyboard and should work! :)
TOTAALLY HAINBACH STYLE!"
Oh thanks!!! Hahaha
What are you using to power up your sampler modules?
batteries!
@@Lonershy thanks
I really like what you do, would you agree to sell me the roland sp404? I'm from Argentina.🤞
Hahahhaa thanks, ni en pedo!
