Linn is for life… I agree. I’ve been a Linn owner since 2002 and have regularly added to and upgraded my main system (LP12 and Klimax System Hub, multiple power amps and 9 speakers, including Aktiv Akubariks) and added another 3 rooms. I was interviewed as a Linn owner by a 3rd party company employed by Linn in 2006/7 as Linn was looking for customer feedback on direction. Following that market research, they made some major changes and become much more focused and have gone from strength to strength since. Gilad’s done a fantastic job, following on from his father’s brilliant work. I love the sound, I love the look, I love the brand and I’ve loved meeting the people on various occasions - they come across as a tight knit team who love being part of Linn. Great to see Ivor in the video. Congratulations on 50 great years!
Great video about LINN. I adore them since 1994 I bought my first LINN hifi System. 1996 I have visited them in Glasgow. Hearing is believing. And after 50 years a new reference loudspeaker is on the way which could be seen for some seconds in this video. Happy birthday to Scotland 🏴 and all the best for the next 50 years.
Brilliant people, company and products. I have been a fan and customer for over 40 years and I am still using them today although my system is modest and not wholly Linn I absolutely love it. I only wish that I could afford the newer stuff but it’s now out of my price range. It would be nice to see a more affordable range like the old basik stuff, similar to what Rega do and I am sure it would sell very well.
A beautiful beautiful video. Great to see so many people in this. I didn't see any loudspeakers in this video. Linn Ethos? Is that a new tonearm? Sending love from Australia.
