Loved this workout! I’ve been going reformer workouts twice a week at a studio for 4 months and just got my own reformer. This was hard and the box at the end doing reverse pikes was so challenging!!! I made my husband try that particular exercise and he said he felt like his organs were failing 😂 I’ve woken up with sore glutes and thighs so it’s working! Thank you!
This is a very hard workout....need to work up to it! I think a platform extender is needed if you aren't really super strong! I took my weight down to 1 yellow for the end of it when working inner thigh. That helpd me be more in control of the return. Hopefully I can wok my way through this one !

Absolutely! Keep going and you will only get stronger. This one was a tough and challenging one, even for me! But always keep challenging yourself 🤍
