so hard for these guys to switch from muay thai to kickboxing and stop catching kicks. Muscle memory his faster than the mind.

They're rules on both sports but I prefers muay Thai or lethwei,they always fight Thai,burmese very dangerous lethwei

I am confused. In previous kb matches the rule always was that catching the kick was ok, as long as you let go of the leg before countering. Did they change the rules? I dont know which bout it was but i remember the commentators say that exact sentence in various situations, where a mt fighter competed in kb. Watch petrosyan Fights. U see him catching frequently without a warning beeing given.

Big Dislike for forbidding catching kicks. Thats a major counter to kicks and punishing kicks. This will look like Taekwondo if this development continues. Watered down Kickboxing👎 Absolutely not enjoying to watch this. Rather going to watch just MMA then...

Bro why change the kickboxing rules like this? Keep it as is, catching kicks and throwing 1 strike is totally fine and it doesn't slow down fights, this is nothing like muay thai as it is, please just keep the k1 rules.

Great fight! Lobo just had more skills in this fight even without the yellow card. Defenitely MT fight rules for them. Both rhythm was messed up because had watch out for catching kicks.

What is the point of 2 mt fighters competing under kb rules? Save the crossover for champ vs champ/ superfights. One has 2 versions of mt so why?

@@bishalrai2244 yeh from the fighters pov. But as fans/promotion why do we want mt fighters climbing kb ranking? The top fighters can cross over at any stage anyway. Rankings are meaningless
@@Payu89 one is very weird sometimes indeed. Tbh i dont understand why they do kickboxing at all.. even though im primarily a kickboxing fan. just focus on mt with the small gloves, i think thats the most exciting thing one has brought. Preferably in a ring. The kb divisions apart from the lower weights (that are mostly filled with nak muays anyway) are very thin and the mma is just not that high level imo
@@Payu89 yeah from fighters pov. It also would be unfair for fighters who have been climbing kickboxing rank and Muay Thai fighters with 0 KB fights to get a title shot. MT and KB are two different sports. At the end of the day, these fighters are just "employees" so ONE has to treat them fairly. Either remove KB totally so KB fighters are forced in MT bouts or have separate rankings and let MT fighters climb the rankings in KB.

I dont think Lobo deserve to win this , kinda dirty fighter. When the ref said stop he's still throw some knees to Rodlek and its happen more than 2 times. Can't wait to see Lobo get K.O from another thai fighter. Put Nong O to finish Lobo easily
