Thank for the update, my question on authentication is that, when i sent an email to my school with attached transcript and certificate, then the registrar sent it to the emails of the two ministeries, am i going to go to the ministries with the hard copy of my Transcript and certificates or the ministries will print the one sent to them from school and attached their stamped. Pls im somhow confused.
I have taken my time too to explain to some of them, thanks for putting everyone through.
I did mine with less stress thanks to all ur explanation.

I gained admission to study for PhD in iscte without legalized documents but I didn’t see any deadline for legalized documents. Do you advise I apply for visa now or I should legalize my documents first before applying for visa? My school is delaying sending a mail to ministry of education and lectures will begin in September in iscte. What do you advise?
For Iscte, ots Oct 31st, you can even apply for your visa, but then, it's still the same process that you will pass thru because you must submit your result for verification, at the embassy, which must pass thru same process that the person that wants to legalise
Since the email is here now. I think we can ask the school to send it there instead of traveling to abuja just to get the email address and travel back to your school to ask them for that. Since we can get remita and online appointment for this isnt there need ro still have your transcript for stamping ? What would be stamped if the school doesn't gove us the transcript?
Yes, you need not go to abuja to get the mailing address ( I mean the office address) since i alrdy put it.

Hello, thank you for this video ma, i thought it is verification letter is what your school will send to MoE comfirming the genuinty of your document? Cuz i read that on the email you are sending to your school, you attach your own certificate plus transcript plus MoE mail address asking them to send verification letter to MoE. Pls correct me if im wrong, cuz i have both my cert and transcrip with me.

Admission is on for most schools in Portugal (some already done with first phase).
Here are some schools that doesn't require legalized documents for application:
- University of Coimbra
- University of Algarve
- University of Minho
Do check the course requirements from the school portal as there might have been some changes.

2. Is it acceptable to use my NECO results for authentication, even though I initially applied for both ND and HND using my WAEC results for undergraduate studies?
@@holorunzei9165 as long as it is WAEC cert. If your grade in WAEC is okay (math and eng), I don't see any problem using it but if it is NECO cert you want to use, it's equally Ok
Do you mean that original credentials are not stamped and sealed,only photocopies at the MoE?
The originals, as well as the photocopies will be authenticated bcos it is the copies that embassy will collect not originals
@Bayobi what if the person already collected his or her Documents from school, any need following this new process of sending mail since your school already giving you all your documents hard copy?
@collins, I think they stopped collecting from students bcos they said students are bringing f@ke results, so they want to deal with school directly. But one can never tell, you can try if you love in abuja
That's the latest process. Your school have to send the confirmation to the ministry.

Yes, you are to book an appointment online, if you are going for LEGALISATION. Authentication is what you do at MoE and MoFA. You don't need appointment there

When I got the the stage of country,passport ,passport number than next respond is you has been registered and it will not enter the booking date stage.

B4 you go to the embassy you most have gotten admission right?
@light, NO. Its not a must. You can go ahead and be doing ur Verification at the embassy, it is free. It is legalisation that you pay 20euros per doc
No, you must have authenticate the documents from Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Then, you have to book appointment with embassy to submit it for legalization.

@@adeyinkaoladapo5863just as the word, implies the meaning: Authentication..to show your results are genuine: ministry of education MoE does it. Ministry of Foreign affairs MoFA also do the same. While Portugal embassy will Verify (Verification)if those authenticated certificates are true.However,you need book an appointment with the embassy to submit your certificates for that (verification).
