My first bat was a SS Kashmir Willow bat, that I bought in 2008 when I was 10 years old. I don't remember the name but it cost around 600 Rupees that my father bought me for my 10th birthday. I was the happiest person in the world. When I was playing U-16 for my school in Kolkata, I had a Reebok Kashmir Willow ( Rs 2000) and a BAS Vampire Kashmir Willow (Rs 1100). This was around the year 2013. Now, in 2021, I am 23 years old, a student in Germany, and am also playing for a First Division Club in Germany (SBV Kassel), and very recently I purchased the fourth bat of my life, SS Ton Player's Edition English Willow bat, worth around 363 British Pounds (I ordered it from London). Age evolved, the nation of residence changed, but the love for cricket and the excitement of a new bat still remained the same as it was when I was 5 years old!

My first bat was a Rishabh Pant special SG bat I got when I was 10, then I used a Gray Nicholas, Extreme Power Bat, then used a PR, Premier bat, and now I am using a SG Sunny Tonny, which is definitely my favourite, and best bat! Hopefully looking to go for a MRF bat next!

And the answer to your question is that I won't suggest you using spike shoes on mat or on the non grass ground as your shoes may slip where there is no grip like grass to hold your shoes sturdy.🤗🤗
