He’s too slow and has too little range to actually achieve those combos.
Those combos are not easy to start. These are in highlight reels for a reason: they are rare. As others pointed out, Kirby lacks aerial mobility and range, and the recovery is also very exploitable for a character that has multiple aerial jumps, and to make matters worse, he is very light. He is a light character without the advantages of being light and small and with all the disadvantages.
