This is one of those shows which someone may try to duplicate in another country,with different actors & production crew but ,it would fail This is one of those rare productions where everything is perfect and should never be tinkered with. In 56 years I've found very few TV shows that I truly look forward to watching. Although I'm not Autistic, somehow,I can understand how frightened Astrid feels in those uncomfortable situations. This reads like some rambling statement but,I just can't say enough about this show.... it's fascinating, heartbreaking & heartwarming in every episode.
Well said. Sadly, it couldn't be made here in the UK as self-appointed 'activists' would make sure of it; insisting that that Astrid be played by a severly autistic actress, sorry actor... I love the series, but here in the UK it is tucked away on a minor sub channel of Channel 4, and I would guess the reason for the BBC, for example, not taking it up, was for that craven woke reason.
Sarah’s acting is impeccable - she can alternately squeeze my heart, or put a knife in it. Thanks so much for bringing Astrid to life - you do so much to help us see the world through her eyes.
Love this show. It's called "Astrid: Murder in Paris" in the UK. It's really grown on me and my other half, and quickly became our favourite. Great stories, characters and acting. Looking forward to another series. Long may it continue! :-)

this is a wonderful show. I feel so fortunate! I love European police procedural shows with women leads, and this has an extra educational component that is touching and charming. Love it!
J adore cette série, très bien faite originale et unique dans le style du policier Français. Le personnage de Sarah Mortensen est touchant, bien joué. Elle a dû beaucoup travaillé son personnage. Et lola Dewaere magnifique, elle est très crédible dans ce rôle principal. En espérant que ça dure encore . J aimais beaucoup son père en tant qu acteur .

They have a scene together on a roof top ; first arguing then kissing... Then,,, we are waiting for season 4. Friendship, murders, investigation. The love or the bond between Raphaëlle and Astrid is there, you can feel it but they don't want to act on it... It remembers me this beautiful movie "Deux" (Two) by Ozon. Two Friends they never live together but they 've always been together. And they end together in a tragical way. Because they can not live separated
While season 2 clearly tries to establish the girls are hetero, I can still hope for a departure from the norm. For these two characters could surely create a very interesting love story outside the box.
Why on earth would you hope for anything romantic if their friendship works so well? Your idea would ruin completely the magic of their relationship which is an example of platonic love that is more special that any possible romance. You don't destroy something that is perfect.

En même temps, Azoulay produit aussi "les Mystères de l'amour ", avec les neuneus d'Hélène et les garçons à 50 balais qui arrivent à jouer plus mal que les acteurs de Poubelle la vie, donc à celles et ceux qui shippaient Astraëlle, je vs présente mes condoléances, en espérant qu'il n'y aura pas de saison 3.

I *am* autistic and love this show as it is. I just wish the DVD distribution had an English subtitles version so I could buy it to keep.
